Well,

i really liked the finale of this season. Made me stay up long, like until 2:30 am and now i am at work it’s 8:00 am and i’m sooooo tired.

this finale rocked.

O.K. since there has been enough people saying “It Sucked!!”,
let a 26 year fan of Doctor Who pipe in now in saying that it did not suck, not at all.

Series 1 finale didn’t suck,
Series 2 finale did suck emotionally,
Series 3 finale sucked storywise, because I was expecting more than what I got,
but the Series 4 finale didn’t suck at all.

But nobody touched on the little touches like the reference to “Genesis of the Daleks”, or the shot of the companions on the TARDIS after the major conflict had been resolved, or the scene that we’ve all been waiting for between The Doctor and Rose, touches that brought a smile to my face.

And yes, I do believe that Donna did “die” (yes, that’s what I got out of the episode, watch it again and take a look at it at a different viewpoint)

Can’t wait until December 25th!!!!!

With all do respect. If I was given a choice between Doctor Who and Stargate (series, not the original movie), I’d choose Doctor Who. Stargate bored me to death after just a couple of episodes. At least Doctor Who has a touch of humour inside

Oh FFS….. You know if they actually did kill off the daleks completley, people would moan that its not doctor who without daleks, they are the doctors ultimate enemy, its like having 24 without terrorists blowing the same crap up every season lol. And Catherine Tate was absolutley brilliant this season, nothing wrong witht his season at all, you people have too many high expectations on Doctor Who, Its not Battlestar or stargate, its written better than those, and also there was nothing confusing about the last episode lol, were u people stoned watching it or something lol

Anyone think it was kind of inconsiderate of Sc0rff to post the image he did, essentially spoiling the cliffhanger of the last episode, as the picture for the article?

I mean, sure, not everyone thought the doctor was going to change… but it was a large topic of discussion.

Either way, saw the episode before I read rlslog today, so I’m all good.
