Die Hard With A Vengeance 1995 720p BluRay x264-SiNNERS

BD- fest is coming to an end, with all major Fox BD+ titles released yesterday there are only 3 titles left. Case Away (post soon), Man on Fire & Hitman, as far as i can tell you AnyDVD won’t remove BD+ protection from Hitman so you are going to have to wait for new Slysoft’s update to enjoy Hitman in HD. With this last rip from SiNNERS we finally have all Die Hard movies in HD and you can enjoy this great action series in best possible quality. Like all Die Hard rips this one is 6.5 GB big with DTS audio. Enjoy BD+ leeching :)

John McClane is now almost a full-blown alcoholic and is suspended from the NYPD. But when a bomb goes off in the Bonwit Teller Department Store the police go insane trying to figure out what’s going on. Soon, a man named Simon calls and asks for McClane. Simon tells Inspector Walter Cobb that McClane is going to play a game called “Simon Says”. He says that McClane is going to do the tasks he assigns him. If not, he’ll blow off another bomb. With the help of a Harlem electrician, John McClane must race all over New York trying to figure out the frustrating puzzles that the crafty terrorist gives him. But when a bomb goes off in a subway station right by the Federal Reserve (the biggest gold storage in the world) things start to get heated up

Why 6.5gb? why not 8.5gb or whatever it is to fill a DVD9.

  5. March 21st, 2008 | 15:54

    Jimmer

well 8 bg would be overkill and since most of people dump files bigger then dvd5 on HDD with 6.5 gb rips you can save your hdd space

    really need help here….
i can download hd movies & watch them on my pc fine….
with a normal dvd rip i usually use win avi to convert file to dvd & can then watch it on a normal dvd player..
    problem is

    1) once i get a hd movie on my hard drive, how do i convert it to watch on a normal dvd player…
    2) if i cant watch it on a normal dvd player, then how do i convert it to play on xbox/ps3???
3)i have tried to use winavi with some hd movies, but it loses quality converting them…

sorry for my ignorance, but i dont have a clue with hd movies

@4 I’m kinda in the same boat with you. Are there any scene standards yet for these releases? Either way, it seems very apparent that HD rips are the way of the future.

I’m glad that my new 1TB drive just arrived :)

    the rules say:

    1 DVD5 (4.37 GiB) or
    1.5 DVD5 (6.56 GiB)or
    1 DVD9 (7.92 GiB)

    that’s it.

“I’m glad that my new 1TB drive just arrived”

That will soon fill up thanks to all these HD rips around!

I wish the scene would focus on DVD5 and DVD9. The 1.5 DVD5 is simply weird and can’t be easily archived today.

BTW, you can stream these in real-time if you have sufficient bandwidth using http://www.nzbplayer.com/

anyone seeding this i got nothing for 2 days??

  18. Why, oh why 6.5?
    March 26th, 2008 | 21:06

For a long time I have been wondering, why would anyone rip these for 6.5GB. I don’t see the point. I don’t want to fill my HDDs with movies, I put them on DVDs. It should be either DVD5 or DVD9 and that’s it. The empty space these leave on DVD9 is annoying, a little like burning money :(
But, I’m sure “The Almighty Scene” has a really good reason for this size…
