Wasn’t expecting Dexter for the 25th of September, but here we have already a leaked version of the first episode. This one is a scene release, but there’s no nfo nor a sample. It’s 535 mb, which makes it a weird filesize.

    Season 3

    A third season of Dexter was announced following the season two finale, in an ad which confirmed Dexter would return in 2008. Season three will premiere September 28, 2008 on Showtime[6] and in Canada on The Movie Network. Jimmy Smits has signed on to the season 3 cast. He will play Miguel Prado, an assistant district attorney who will work with Dexter to pursue a murderer who has affected both of their lives.[7] Prado is described as “ambitious” and “charismatic” and comes from a well-connected Miami family. Dexter befriends Miguel Prado which changes his way of life afterwards. It was also rumored that in the third season, Dexter kills an innocent victim and that causes “an avalanche”. Another main plot will be Debra’s new love - “a healthy loving relationship” - but it wasn’t announced with whom.[8]
    Moreover, it has been announced that Valerie Cruz has signed on for season three of Showtime’s Dexter. She will play the wife of Assistant District Attorney Miguel Prado (Jimmy Smits).

    Thanks dex, I was wondering about where it was going to be viewed. Over here they put it on USA network. At least the 1st season and you just know they cut the s.h.i.t. out of it. Will wait for the actual premiere of it later this month. Season 2s “network peek” was cut up, alot of scenes weren’t in it compared the premier on showtime.

    This is one of those cases where I couldn’t care less about the nuke situation. Picture looks just fine to me and I recommend grabbing this release unless you’re really anal about “divx.not.xvid_cbr.audio_uncropped” lol :p

    I thought i would hate dexter

    Never watched it till after season 2 had finished

    I caught an episode on tv and downloaded them and fookin loved it man, I ate it up in a couple of days.

    In season 2 i kept expecting him to get caught, when an episode ended i just had to know what happened next. After the season endd i knew it was gonna be a long wait but this has just snuck up on me from no where, i had no idea that a new season was due out.

    Man i cant wait to watch this

    No it certainly has not lost its edge. Its not on regular TV in regards to being picked up by a “Broadcast Network”

    The networks (NBC or CBS in the US, i forget which) only started airing it because of the writers strike which caused a complete lack of original programming.

    I dont believe the broadcast network that had carried it during that time period has any indication of continuing to syndicate it.

    I must say, I have seen The Dark Knight in IMAX about a half dozen times. There is not question I think it is one of the most amazing movies of the decade. But even with Dark Knight, Iron Man, and The Incredible Hulk (which I didnt care for really) being released in the past few days, this is still the highlight of the week.

    Only problem, Dexter doesnt actually premier for another 3 weeks I believe, so if you watch this, that means there is still a whole month to wait until you get to see a new episode.

    Too lame to be real life?
    Perhaps that is why it’s a television show, I hate to think that there are people out there that think television and reality are even remotely linked.

    As for the show: Brilliant, worried Dexter may become too melodramatic and fade away, but here’s hoping it won’t. Good episode, if not just a little similar formula to previous seasons.
