Defying Gravity S01E10 Deja Vu PDTV XviD-Gravity & Defying Gravity S01E11 Solitary XviD PDTV-Gravity

Well here are the 10th and 11th episode of “Defying Gravity” in PDTV format from a P2P source since it looks like the scene has given up on capping the remaining episodes that are left to air. Even though this show received fairly poor reviews i actually didnt mind it too much and was quite enjoying it, pity its already been cancelled :( Quality wise, not as good as your HDTV rips ofcourse but very watchable since there is no other release of this out.

Deja Vu
On Election Day, the crew aboard the Antares is still processing the news about the true nature of their mission.

Solitary
The Antares crew has to face the isolation and loneliness of space during the final hours before the Venus landing.

That the show got canceled is really a pity, I really liked it. I start to wonder if it is not better for me to wait seeing a show when it starts season 4 or 5 because the only thing these Hollywood jerks do is making people disappointed.

ABC and CTV are shelving Defying Gravity, though both networks say that the remaining episodes of the space drama will air sometime in the future.

ABC is taking the cross-border series off its schedule after airing eight episodes on Sundays at 10 p.m. ET. Beginning Sept. 27, the new season of Brothers & Sisters returns to the time slot.

CTV took Defying Gravity out of simulcast several weeks ago, moving it to Fridays at 10 p.m. The network will air its ninth and last episode this week. CTV communications manager Jim Quan reports that beginning Sept. 25, the new season of Flashpoint will move into the slot. He adds that the remaining four episodes of Defying Gravity will air at a later date on CTV, with dates and times still to be confirmed.

Space, which shared the series with its parent CTV, will broadcast the four last episodes of the Fox TV Studios/Omni Film Productions co-venture in its regular Friday 8 p.m. time slot.

In a statement, ABC indicated plans to broadcast its five remaining episodes once a place is found in the schedule. The U.S. network hasn’t officially cancelled the series, though based on its lacklustre ratings (averaging 2.5 million viewers), it isn’t expected to be renewed.

This show was better than expected.

As a sifi fan I give it 7/10 and its a shame its still not on.

Fingers crossed they bring out more in the future.

    I ll say this…

the new SGU (StarGateUniverse) is better than Defying Gravity..

And the new SGU aint good at all..but still better than this..
    Know what i mean?

As a biiiig fan of SG:A and SG1, i can say im greatly disappointed with SGU, what with Robert Carlisle (who is great in films but ruins tv shows) and couple of U.S. actors i really cant stand who imdb in the minus’s (even b movie actors rate higher), So defying G is wayyyyyyyyyyyy better than SGU so far…

    Re: #40

Why don’t they have a space elevator 30 years in the future?

And how do they do communications with out any time delay?

Don’t even get me started on the gravity….

Dissagree with most of those comparisons:

I’ve stayed with all of DG although I switched off at least 3 episodes after skipping through them for being soooo boring. (All that flashback to sexual innuendo isn’t even drama IMO.)

Until episode 9 where it turned into a proper sci-fi and again showed the promise it had in the pilot.
Whereas other DG ‘fans’ said episode 9 was the most dissapointing!
    LOL
Just shows how you can’t keep the ‘magazine culture’ and ‘geeks’ (that’s me) happy in one go.

As for SGU, I have found that to be the most accessible StarGate yet.
    Why?
‘Cos they’ve taken their production style from BSG which is IMO the king of all sci-fi series.
(Previous StarGate was all a bit too ‘jokey’ and ‘dress up’ for me.)

See BSG if you want real drama mixed with real sci-fi.
(Even the Star Trek re-boot took a lot of style from BSG!)

And it has to be said, Virtuality kicked the DG pilot to the floor in any aspect of critical analysis.
