Death Sentence DVDSCR XviD-COCAiN
One of my favorite dvdscr groups: grade A 100% pure Colombian COCAiN (as they say in there nfo) brings us an action packed thriller called Death Sentence. Although it didn’t do too great at the box office and went pretty much unnoticed, it was still well received over at iMDb. I’m really excited about watching this movie which is based on a novel by Brian Garfield. This looks like a decent DvDScR. And at first glance I dont notice any b/w screens or blurred/scrolling “property of” messages or any other watermarks as such. But as always check sample and user comments for more upto-date info!

Plot: When John Hume’s (Bacon) son is killed by a group of gang-bangers his life is torn apart. His one salve is that the killer was caught at the crime scene, but when the justice department offers up 6 months in prison as retribution, he knows there must be something better, something that will allow his family to move on. Surprising himself, he retracts his testimony as the lone witness, essentially killing the case, and begins to look for another means for justice. It comes to him in the form of violence, which simultaneously gives him the relief he’s looking for and puts his family on a path towards death, as the rest of the gang comes looking for their revenge.

I just checked the sample; if the release is out of sync then it is just slightly because I really had to watch closely to see if it was or not. Personally I’ll wait tomorrow for a proper if one comes along.

I was manually going through the audio options and tweaking the sound delay, then replaying the flick, then finding Im still like an 1/8th of a second, off and having to renter the audio options menu. lol. So this is about the same as the dvdscreener of Shoot ‘Em Up that came out a while back… It’s got this annoying company logo watermark image close to the middle of the screen… To me that’s more annoying than the “PROPERTY OF” messages at the bottom, as you can’t miss this! grrr haha O well, I’ve been waiting for this movie to come out on rlslog since September, I can’t wait to watch the full thing (only saw the sample so far), and I still haven’t seen Shoot ‘Em Up, even though I’ve had the dvdscreener burnt to dvd for a month now:P haha
Audio is only stereo, not ac3, but very clear and this release is pretty nice

True, but usually it’s just a link – not the score/percentage. the IMDB score is always before the RT link. I think it should be the other way around.. That is my opinion. The IMDB score can never be trusted while the RT score is usually spot on.. If something get’s a RT of 70% or higher it’s usually worth the DL. But IMDB is so skewed it’s silly.. All I’m saying is have the RT above the IMDB w/ the actual RT score.
I forgot about this film, was waiting for a good quality release to download when it first came out. Film sounds good, hope a dvdscr of saw 4 is released before XMAS.

Yeah… whoever said this is out of sync, you’re wrong. Perfect sync, some b&w scenes, and the annoying watermark logo image close to the middle of the screen, that’s it. I’ve been waiting so long for this, no little things are going to stand in my way from watching this rls, and I will get the dvdrip when it comes out… And whoever put that John Rambo rip on rapidshare is nuts… If anything, that’s just the HD trailer, not the HD rip, cuz the first file was 99MB… I already have the trailer anyway

I’ve downloaded it. It is indeed a fraction of a second out of Sync. Barely noticable unless it’s pointed out. If it really bothers you just watch it in VLC and hot Ctrl + L or Cntr + R to adjust it.

The movie IS NOT out of sync and as some have said check your video/audio codecs. I have already converted it to DVD5 and I’m watching it right now in MPC. I have checked the beginning, middle, and end for sync issues but the voice is a match. Very good movie BTW!

Way better than any shoot em up or similar. Thanks goes to Yankee for letting me know about this movie, i will go see this one when it comes to local cinema.

It’s not out yet… You can probably download a dvdr of the movie and then rip it down yourself if you really wanted it on one… And I ripped the files to DVD using WinAVI, and there’s no sync problems through that at all… Quack!
