Sure the poker is dumbed right down for the non-playing viewing public, but the story is passable, and it's definitely better than the eric banna/drew barrymore offering of 'lucky you' last year. If the genre interests you, best thing is to download it yourself and make up your own mind. If you haven’t seen or even heard of it, bagging it out based on other films in the same genre or from what others have said is friggin pathetic.
