Sorrry this is a few hours late but i only just woke up and looks like it hasnt been posted yet. Been hearing good things (with a score of 8.9 on IGN and 9.0 on Gamespot) about this game IGN said ages ago this is the way Doom 3 should have been made, enjoy this release!

Gamers step into a third-person sci-fi survival horror experience that promises to deliver the ultimate in psychological thrills and gruesome action. Set in the cold blackness of deep space, the atmosphere is soaked with a feeling of tension, dread and sheer terror. In Dead Space, players step into the role of engineer Isaac Clarke – an ordinary man on a seemingly routine mission to fix the communications systems aboard a deep space mining ship. It is not long before Isaac awakes to a living nightmare when he learns that the ship’s crew has been ravaged by a vicious alien infestation. He must fight through the dead silence and darkness of deep space to stay alive.

    I have been playing this game since the day i bought it and it’s alright not scary with just stereo speakers. 5.1 surround sound makes the game sound amazing. I play on a computer monitor at 1280×1024 and it looks amazing! so basically if you have HD and 5.1 or higher surround sound it’ll be a scary game. I tried playing it on my friend’s SD tv with just left and right speakers and nothing scary. This is just my 2 cents

    i just downloaded the US version for my 360. what do i have to do to get it on to my 360 hard drive? do i just link my 360 with a USB cable to my pc and transfer the file? or do i need any kind of added software on my 360? i bought the game and beat it and then traded it in. now i am jonesing to play it again.
