Select your language from the dropdown box, put in the film title and click Search.

Almost all their subtitles are in SRT format and the ones that aren't are usually in a plain-text format that can easily be converted to SRT. If you can't find one that has the subs in sync with the sound, use SubtitleWorkshop (free) to re-sync them.

Make sure to set the FPS to match the FPS of the video. If the out of sync time is constant throught the entire movie, just alter the delay. Go to Edit > Timings > Set Delay, check for For All The Subtitles, set it to plus/minus and then enter the delay time.

If the subs get more out of sync as the movie plays, take note of the EXACT time the first line of dialog is spoken, then make a note of the EXACT time the last line of dialog is spoken, then go to Edit > Timings > Adjust > Adjust Subtitles. Enter the first and last times you wrote down and let it adjust the subs. It usually does a pretty good job.

To convert subs to SRT, load them in, make sure that the FPS and timing are correct, then save them as SRT.

Also note that you should always run a spellchecker on any SRT file you get from there. Most of the people who create them have a bad habit of thinking that capital Is (H-I-J) are the same as a lowercase l (k-l-m) and it ends up looking like hell with a serif font. There are also usually a lot of spacing errors, double apostrophes used as quotes, etc.
