I also use DirectVobSub for subtitles. MPC includes support for subs but it's just not as good as DirectVobSub. As far as CCCP goes, well, at least it's not as bad as, say, K-Lite because that's just total crap. But, like I said, I only use what I need, so I don't need anything more than MPC, ffdshow, DirectVobSub, and CoreAVC. I don't use Haali Media Splitter because I don't need it.
