@63 It might be. I had the RUS version previously installed, which also gave me the same problems, eventually leading to BSOD. That was most likely a StarForce issue, but strangely I have the same issues with the AVENGED version as well.

using: nVidia 8800 GTS, C2D 2.16, 2GM RAM, XP Pro.

I am having same problem as #62. Game constantly hang.

Using nvidia 9800GTX+ and c2d 3.16ghz. 2GB ram in XP. Drivers issues?

why does this game constantly crash? the screen gets all choppy and sound turns into long beeps. I can barely get a minute of play in, am I missing something?

sound issue with creative x-fi titanium !?

no sound fx on game audio menu… only music and voice .(the fx is there but i cant change his scale)
it happend after
i changed the value of
Sound.EnableEAX=0 to Sound.EnableEAX=1 in the ds.cfg file
since i have EAX… and 1 is true.
before that i had fx in the audio menu but i couldn't hear the voice although he was on full .

I think the widescreen is buged. coz i cant see the my ammo, i can see little text upstair but not all. so how do i fix this?

CHANGING THE MENU RUSSIAN TO ENGLISH

FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY DO AS IT SAYS

To enable english voices:
Go to x:\Dark Sector\Configs\ and open DS.cfg

and change

App.Language=ru

App.Language=en

To enable english menus:

1 – Make a folder called 'backup' in your desktop and copy

"H.Misc.cache" and "H.Misc._ru.cache" located on x:\Dark

Sector\Cache.Windows\

2. Then copy H.Misc.cache folder from Cache.Windows to destktop. Now

rename this file (Just add _ru at the end)

Now H.Misc.cache file, became H.Misc_ru.cache in our desktop.

Copy this file to its original place. Click yes if any overwrite

prompt or question.

YOU SHOULD HAVE TWO 17 MB OF FILES. One of them is H.Misc.cache and

the other is H.Misc_ru.cache

We simply put different names to one file. Then copied to the original place!
