Dark Floors 2008 720p BluRay x264-BestHD
Decent looking Finnish horror flick has been released on 720p format by BestHD. The movie has a pretty low score on IMDb though it looks decent. A father and his autistic daughter try to escape a hospital that has mysteriously become a portal for dark creatures from a different world. Starring members of the internationally successful heavy metal badn “Lordi.” The film was released in February 2008 and features all of the Lordi band members playing the monsters. Mr. Lordi has also designed the logo of the movie. A new Lordi song, Beast Loose In Paradise, is featured in the end credits of the movie. Enjoy the release!
Sarah is an autistic little girl whose father is worried about her health. Concerned for her, the father sees a removal from the hospital by force as the only option. An elevator break-down prevents a smooth exit and renders them trapped with others. Yet the incident is only the beginning of a descent into nightmare. As the doors open the hospital appears mysteriously deserted. When mutilated bodies are found, creatures from a dark world start a frightening attack. It soon becomes clear that the survival of the group may rest solely on Sarah.

Worst movie ever.. seems good when you begin to watch it but when you notice the Lordi members are the 'monsters' you almost start to laugh..

@1. I'm finnish but i haven't seen the movie and aren't going to watch it. Finnish can not make good movies. I don't understand, though, Lordi won Eurovision song contest how in h***l do they think they can make movies. Seems everybody these days think they can do everything if they are talented in something. LOL

You clearly don't know jack about Mr. Lordi and his past. (Or his partner in hobby Pete Riski either.)
He has been making horror make-ups, short movies, decorations, figures, posters, backdrops, movie scripts and sketch drawings etc. since he was a teenager.
I happen to know him personally and it's a damn shame even for him this movie turned out to be so dull no matter how he tried to do otherwise but wasn't allowed. Just give it some time, there's going to be a lot of other better projects.
the only thing horrifying about Lordi is their music.

I saw this movie a while back, It started out well enough and seemed like it was really going some where but in the end it didn't have any explanation at all. Plus the band members as the monsters really brought the whole movie down.
This movie is not too bad. Lordi for sure has what it takes to make films like was said in another post. His background is rather impressive. He is prolly more qualified than Zombie was when he made Corpses (athough he has done well sense) If you are into haunted hospital movies or Lordi check this out, not too bad for a horror junkie like me. And the production values on the flick are great for this kinda stuff. I say give it a try if it's your bag baby.
I agree with last comment, this movie wasn't too crappy at all. The story line was a bit odd but nifty as well. The Lordi members popping up was kind of fun actually
Time stopping was very cool and unexpected imo, and the parallel times, pretty interesting. So, if you ever have a spare a hour and a half, watch it
