Damian Jr. Gong Marley – Mr. Marley (2007)

Who wouldn’t like reggae from the son of legendary Bob Marley! Damian Jr. Gong Marley is a Jamaican singer who already won 3 grammy awards and continues in the steps of his famous father. His new album Mr. Marley is now available in mp3.
Damian Marley a.k.a. Jr. Gong brought to life his musical heritage with “Mr. Marley”, skillfully produced by brother Stephen as one of the first projects conceived by Ghetto Youths International. Amongst the outstanding tracks on this album are “Love And Inity”, a vital, rhythmic song, the hard core “Old War Chant”, the pulsating “Mr. Marley”, and the musical introduction “Me Name Jr. Gong”.

Damian was two years old when his father died, and is the only child born to Marley and Cindy Breakspeare, Miss World 1976. Damian’s nickname is Junior Gong which is derived from his father’s nickname of Tuff Gong. Damian has been performing since the age of 13. He shares with most of the Marley family a full-time career in music. Unlike his brothers and sisters, however, his musical specialty is “toasting”, a Jamaican style of rapping.

FFS let me straighten this out. MARTIN did NOT turn off MrX’s comments, MrX turned them off himself so you lot would stop whinging. Obviously it hasn’t worked, instead you’ve moved onto posting your crap about MrX in other peoples articles. And there’s no torrent on NewTorrents which is why the torrent link s to a search not a direct torrent. Thats why we have comments, so you can find your own torrents and share them. Geez…

@12 Mr. Marley – or Matthew, which ever you prefer.

Lol, I tell you why he does it and you start abusing me. No wonder he got pissed off and turned the comments off. Ah well, some people will never be happy.

No, having to register to post comments wouldn’t be a good idea. Releaselog is loved by many because of the fact that you don’t have to register to post a comment. You just click, add, post, and submit. Releaselog will always be a favorite among the internet masses to search for pirated content. It’s not the comments that bring us to Releaselog, it’s the team of moderators who do an excellent job at posting up-to-date scene releases on all forms of content. I love Releaselog, with or without it’s mundane comments.

Calling an album that was released in 1996 “new” is harmful to your reputation. I suppose if he was rapping about selling big rims or record sales, then all would know about him.

in5ane as you can clearly see it’s a new release pred few days ago, although the original version appeared already in 1996. i am fully aware of that.

It always amazes me how rude and nasty a lot of folk who frequent this board are (not including the staff of course). Isnt downloading just a bit of fun?. Are there people here who think theyre owed something by everyone else?. Personally, Im just grateful for getting anything for nothing. Be it info, or a nice album or movie. Many times Ive sat here imagining what these nasty types look like, and I can only picture that fat pony-tailed dude from the simpsons. A big beer belly, stained wooly jumper, a beard, no friends etc typing away on his crumb infested PC. How can anyone complain when theyre getting something for nothing? It doesnt make any sense to me. Oh, and btw, I download CAMs sometimes (hears the bearded men gasp). Yes, its true, I download CAMs as previews as I like to see my movies asap and this gives me an early copy to decide if the movie is worth getting again later in better quality. All I can say is, releaselog, thank you, and keep up the great work guys. A lot of us really appreciate it & recognise the amount of labour that goes into it :)

I agree with Searles. If you had to register to post comments, or log in to post, then this place would be desolate. It took 5 years for me to bother registering on IMDB, and 4 months on vcdquality (a film was so bad I had to post!). This place I started posting almost immediately. Aren’t you guys lucky! :D ::chuckle::

Damian’s definitely #2 of the family… I’ll definitely give it a listen, since I’d shine Bob’s shoes if he were still around. R.I.P. :*|

I’m a little unsure why this is listed as a new release, but I am not complaining, those that come here to complain could always ask for a refund…..Oh that’s right, the good folks at RLSLOG give us this wonderful information daily for free.

On to the CD, this one passed me by, so I am glad to see it. I think Halfway Tree is so-so, but Welcome To Jamrock is one of my favorite reggae records of all time. Now my Jr Gong Collection is complete.

Thanks for the post. It is Saturday morning, and after a long holiday week, this is just what the Dr ordered. If I close my eyes I can almost pretend I am back in Negril swinging in a hammock smoking a spliff

Peace and Happy New Yeas to all.

I would like to thank Mr. X for releasing controversial movies and I also do not blame him for turning off the comments in his articles. Some people are still stuck in high school and resort to name calling just to “pick”. Shoot, some of them ARE in high school, but please people grow up.

Suggestion for a new poll: With the exception of movies and music. Is there a stopping point to downloading? yes or no

    And topic related… I don’t like reggae so I won’t be dl’ing this CRAP!

Admins are doing a nice job with this site, keep up the work!
