Reggaeton Hip Hop artist Daddy Yankee is back with a brand new album “El Cartel The Big Boss”. The album is due to be released in couple of days time. Daddy Yankee is well known for that song “Gasolina” which was a big hit globally but to me it was just crap and really annoying. He has few featured artist on this album such as Akon, Nicole Scherzinger (lead singer of PCD), and Will.I.Am and Fergie from the Black Eyed Peas. This album would be great for the regaaeton and hip hop lovers.

Ramón “Raymond” Ayala (born on February 3, 1977 in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico), known artistically as Daddy Yankee is a successful Latin Grammy Award-winning Puerto Rican reggaeton recording artist.

El Cartel: The Big Boss is the follow up album to Daddy Yankee’s hit album Barrio Fino and is set for release on June 05, 2007. The first single from the album single, titled “Impacto”, along with its remix, was released on April 12, 2007. Guests on the album include Akon, Nicole Scherzinger of the Pussycat Dolls, Hector El Father, will.i.am and Fergie. “Impacto” the albums first single was produced by Scott Storch. The official remix features Fergie.

Bad spin off of reggae? Well it seems to be growing globally so sorry the world doesnt feel the way you do. Music is music-your opinion is what it is. But dont be a jerks about it.
