I have not posted this show at rlslog.net but I saw somewhat of a request in the comments and I’d thought why not, let’s see what the commentators think about it as well. Curb Your Enthusiasm is a sitcom starring the Seinfeld brainchild Larry David as himself. The show debuted in 2000 on HBO while gaining critical acclaim and a growing audience. It has won one Emmy Award and a Golden Globe. In the episode tonight we haze Loretta and Lean who have new job interviews; while Larry insults a deaf woman’s dog.
The Rate Dog: Loretta and Leon have job interviews; Jeff’s exterminator bugs Larry to take him to a middle-school production of “Grease”; Larry inadvertently insults a hearing-impaired woman’s dog.

I have every episode ever created of this series on my computer. This is by far and away THE BEST TELEVISION SHOW OF ALL TIME. This is Seinfeld x10. I completely support HBO and their stance on freedom of speech and freedom of expression.
For people that live outside of the USA and liked Seinfeld, this is the guy that created it. Larry David wrote the definitive book on American situational comedy, and its called Curb Your Enthusiasm. 6 seasons strong, this guy pwns your face.
i cant believe this has never been posted here before.
it is the funniest show in so so so long.
every episode is filled with sticky situations.

My favorite episode is Season 2 Episode 7 “The Doll” if nothing else you MUST watch this episode, you will make yourself cry with laughter. I had to pause multiple times because i was laughing too hard.

Great show! It’s very Seinfeld-esque, which is no surprise since Larry David is one of the creators of Seinfeld. In the show nothing really happens, except for some huge misunderstandings. It’s very dry and clever, so somebody named “adDict” would probably not get it.
I always wondered why rlslog would post only crapish shows like “Hell’s Kitchen” or other reality-drek. I guess it just reflects the taste of the bloggers. Still, it’s good to see that more decent TV-releases being blogged. Keep it up!
i think if you give it a chance you’ll like it.
its funny to see the situations he gets into and out of.
kind of a dark sense of humor i think.
but at the same time hes intelligent for writting the show.

The “Quite a penis on him” episode in series 2 is by far my fave
loved this episode and the show funniest show ive seen in awhile. hopefully rls will put up that show on showtime “brotherhood” about the irish mob i seen it once and it was great

Whats to get? (and is that supposed to be some sort of attempt at waving the bigger intelligence p***s?) Its not dry or clever, I have seen enough episodes to know its the same petty, pointless and quite often sleep inducing “situational comedy” that in any reality is barely amusing let alone “A great show”
If you call a show of nothing but arguments due to a lack of common sense (much like what made me reply) “comedy” then good for you, like i already said “each to his own” and i hope i made you laugh (seems it passes for comedy now)

the same shows as everyone else, outrageous fortune, scrubs, simpsons, that 70’s show, fox news, etc.. they all leave me in stitches
But shows like this just get on my nerves, i guess because i look at life with a more positive outlook and i just cant comprehend why anyone would find it relaxing to watch this guy get into arguments over things that really are, not even (imho) worth giving a second thought to, let alone being good enough as a storyline for a whole show, at least with seinfeld they had kramer.
“situational comedy’s” to me mean that the “situation” should be funny, not childish like this show (ex: i saw an epp where the whole show he was moaning about some watch?)
im sure its funny in some sort of way (its popular enough) but that kind of humor is about as inviting as a chronic migraine. its just not funny to me.
If like it good for you im glad it makes you laugh, we need more of it.

hmm wont let me reply with my own words, is there a list of ban words i may see? not to sure which one im using is the culprit, must be a huge list because i dont have any offensive words that i can see, but im from New Zealand so im a little more open minded when it comes freedom.

As everyone can see you are the only one that has posted that this show isnt good; and clearly you cant work a computer to make 1 post instead of 5 on a blogsite soooooo……… yeah.
Also interesting to note that every show that you listed that you find funny is on FOX. If you like blatantly ignorant humor that is found in the Simpsons i dont understand how you cant like Curb Your Enthusiasm, but w/e.

And as for #10’s snide remark. I am going to buy it when they get released on BluRay or HDDVD. I have a strict “no DVD purchase” rule in effect as it is a dead technology (and looks craptastic on my 72” HDTV). Not to mention that Larry David made $470 million (yes $470,000,000 USD) off of Seinfeld and him being a liberal and charitable j3w im sure he will not mind me borrowing his intellectual property for free until it gets released on an HD format disc.

I hate to disappoint you but sheep are meat, you eat meat. (how can you not know that?) and no one wears sheep fur, they wear sheep WOOL (i can use caps to) again how can you not know that?

… now im going to have to watch this show, because it despises me so, could it be so horrible its good? we’ll have to find out. tune in next time when we see someone (much like me) moan about something (much like this) for a whole 30 minutes.

LMAO…. I just finished watching one of the episodes i downloaded. I finally figured out a way just now after 2 days of unrelenting search for the rapidshare hack. It’s really simple actually. Just flush and renew ur ip everytime and works like a charm
