Crysis Update 1.2-ViTALiTY + Crysis Patch v1.2-HATRED

Both ViTALiTY and HATRED release an update for Crysis today. Personally I don’t play this game anymore, since it got a bit boring after I finished the single player mode which was a lot of fun, but if you still play this at LAN parties this update is probably worth the download. Its still good to see that Crytek continues to support their game after it has been released and dosen’t just abandon it after profits are made. Also, please ViTALiTY can you put the update list in the damn NFO like HATRED did.

In any case, both releases contain the same updates, we’ll just have to wait and see if both cracks work. Judging by previous releases ViTALiTY usually does a good job, so personally I would download their release. See update list below.

    Patched or not patched,this game will be quickly forgotten simply because its mediocre at best, it will survive as a tech demo/benchmark, a show off to friends with lower spec computers or a placebo effect on those that spend hundreds of money driven by marketing brainwashing to believe in this crap.

    yea, after finishing the single player…i haven’t touched crysis after that…weird, how you can have so much hype about something, be done with it, and completely forget it…Bioshock on the other hand, i’ve played twice already..guess, crysis wasn’t that great at all for me..

    #8 I suppose you mean 8800gt/gtx.. I have the excact same specs on my comp :P The game lags a bit on very high (in fights) so if your acctually gonna play the game instead of just looking at you’re surroundings like I did, you need to tweek the settings a bit…

    the gameplay in this game is just awfull… Play COD instead :D

    I hear there is different types of Very High. So, like, Max on shadows along with 1280 x 1024 and something else on max that isn’t the main graphics

    cod4 kills this game in every area. Sure it looks nice, but the gameplay is horrible and unrealistic. I played for a day and then got pissed I even wasted the time installing it. COD4 all the way.

    cod4 is a very good game but way to linear.crysis on the other hand is very open type of game,it donest feel like im just stuck on a single path like cod4.i have crysis over cod4 overall.im looking forward to replaying crysis again with all new hardware too.long live pc gaming

    @46: Yeah, seems like a lot of people are probably ranting because they couldn’t handle the system specs. Crysis was a good game, and I had tremendous fun in the NVA levels of the game. Those levels where one of the best FPS action I’ve ever played. After that, the game became a bit boring but still entertaining.

    i don’t see how u can compare cod4 / crysis; sure they’re both FPS’ but on a different category. they both exceed at what they were designed to do.

    COD4 : delivers an epic multiplayer mode with a decent singleplayer. graphics are alrite for being an enclosed game.

    Crysis: graphics are awesome; especially withh the cfg @ incrysis.com. cinematic singleplayer with a pretty awesome physics engine making it fun to play (but does get a bit too linear towards the end)

    My computer handled Crysis so it was just barely playable at 1920×1200 but with settings turned way down. This on a Q6600 @ 3.2Ghz, 2GB of PC8500 RAM and an 8800 GTX. The game was just horrible at release, hence all the uber patches fixing memory leaks as to not bring brand new machines to their knees.

    Thats not why it sucked though. Even if I got 16385 Frames Per Second it would still be a run of the mill boring game. I couldn’t believe all the hype it got considering it brought nothing new to the table. And I kid you not, I never even finished the game. Thats pretty bad considering this was the most anticipated game since Halo. It was just boring, unoriginal, and played horribly. Le’ Snoozefest.

    Vitality compress their releases with scrambled UPX and that sucks! Hatred releases are not compressed and is only nuked because it’s a “dupe” and no x64 release, but IMO their release is more likely to work correctly…

    I can’t unrar the Vitality patch after I downloaded it the file names are like this ” vty-0170.001″, ” vty-0170.002″ not ” .rar ” ..so how can I exract those files ? thanks

    @61, since the files are 001 and 002 and such you must right click the file vty-0170.001, select open with, and choose winrar from the list. (You might have to browse for winrar because it might not be on the first list.) Winrar should open the file and show you the update and the crack.     @58, does the patch included with that release ask for a dvd to be inserted when it is being installed? I downloaded the actual patch from filefront and it wouldn’t install without the dvd inserted, and when I tried to use the image file from crysis it just got an error and canceled. Anyone know a way around this?

    I got it working by re-installing Crysis. The patch supposedly wont work if anything has been changed within the game folder. You can also try repairing the installation to get the patch to work.

    I am trying to use a trainer for the game to give myself more gold and skill points, but the stupid NFO file says I need to copy over the vitality patch which I don’t have. I have a legal copy of the game and I don’t want to download the stupid thing which is 6.82 GBs I just want the blasted file. Can someone tell me please where I can download the file as all google has is the damn blasted TORRENT. Thank you.

    you need to extract the crysis iso into a folder and select the msi file in there when prompted by the installer.
    it wont work if you mount the image, you need to extract it.

    btw vitality stop putting a crack "Patch" in 3 rar's
    and
    GODDAMNED wHY DIDN'T YOU JUST RELEASE THE CRACK
    that shoot here has got nothing to do with any PATCH U CHANGED ANYTHING -.-

    THE patch still doesn't recognize my F****** ISO via DEAMONTOOLS
