GNARLY released lastnights two episodes of Criss Angel Mindfreak. Episode 12 was released, but by the time we got to it, there was already a repack because the wrong audio file was used, so I will just post the details on the repack for episode 12. Enjoy!
Premonition:
Criss locks his premonition inside a locked steel safe and invites his friends to the Mindfreak store and asks them to choose random items they find there. The safe will then be unlocked to reveal the chosen item inside. Later, Criss invites a large crowd to the Luxor lobby to witness him move items with his mind. Angel also demonstrates his ability to connect with people. Criss will transfer his energy through a television to millions viewing.
In Your Face:
“The Girls Next Door” from Playboy pay Criss a surprise visit and are invited along as he stuns them with various unexplainable acts up-close and in your face.

It’s not that criss angel’s illusions arent any good because the are. It’s the fake reactions from the people around him that give it away and ruin his act.

Yeah I agree. The last season and this season, the stooges (or “shills”) are becoming more and more obvious. He used to either limit the stooges he used, or at least make them seem believable.
But four seasons in, most of the popular street magic tricks have already been performed in the show, so he’s left with performing illusions that don’t lend very well to the TV…Or half the time he and his team are inventing new ones that HAVE to be executed using stooges and even deceptive editing.
Anyone see that nailgun prank? God, it was soooo obvious that was what he had planned from the start. And the only reason he wanted to pretend he messed up and a nail got shot through his hand is because he is trying to build back up his “street cred” and convince people “Oh yeah, I REALLY still get hurt because this is all for REAL!”
If he really would have been shot with that nailgun, the medics would have swarmed him instantly, and he wouldn’t have made a scene screaming out of the room and down the hallway alone.
In the ambulance, you can even see one of the paramedics smirking for a few frames.
I like Criss Angel; I have since his first season. But it’s getting to be more Mindfake than Mindfreak.
