    Could someone post a link (or a few links, rather) for those of us who don't want to pay or download the possible security risk called Flashget? You know what I'm talking about: interchangeable links from rapidshare, megaupload and the rest of the uploading sites that allows for quicker and easier downloading without the need for money or Flashget. Honestly, I'd like to know what could ever posess someone to post a megashares link. Is there a trick to bypassing its utterly incompetent method of distributing downloads larger than 250mb? Or are these people people just jerks who like making it more difficult for everyone else? I'd really like a few answers, because I always see megashares links here and there making it harder to download large files while smaller downloads get split up for no reason before being uploaded to multiple better sites. Isn't this the exact opposite of what should be done? Shouldn't megashares be used for those smaller files, while all of the larger ones are spread across? Or am I missing something here?

    I simply cannot wrap my mind around any conclusion other than that this is done simple for "the lulz" at the expense of everyone who comes here for the very purpose of this site. FYI: The purpose is to download files, not to make people jump through hoops if they want to do so. This will be up in a torrent eventually, or a smaller version will be. For this to be relevent, it must be a viable alternative. Megashares is anything but. I'd like to know where the people get the file(s) they're uploading. Is it from an existing torrent? An IRC channel? I must say, waiting for links from someone with a shred of intelligence is hardly preferable if I can get this episode elsewhere.

    You can't download anything decent from Megashares without paying which defeats the purpose.

    Alternatively, the people who post megashares link should also post the Linkcard login info for people who wish to download the file they've uploaded. It's a simple matter of courtesy that, in theory, would give one an incentive to not use megashares in the future. Although, a ban on megashares links for files larger than 250mb would be a godsend on Releaselog. It would solve this problem once and for all.

    In what way does CTU release their files? I know there are torrents and download mirrors, but where do the people seeding and uploading get the file from?
