Archer city, Texas. One of the classic American small towns. Archer city was the setting for the Last Picture Show, the book and movie that captured the essence of small town life in 1950s Texas. But while it may be Mayberry with a Texas twang, in the fall of 1990 the town’s sherrif proved that he was no Andy Griffith when he was accused of handling a female suspect in a way that Andy would of definitely not approved of.
Archer City’s one of the classical American small towns but in the autumn of 1990, the town and its Sheriff found themselves embroiled in a scandal that was not only fact, it was way stranger than fiction. A female suspect, under investigation for shooting her estranged third ex-husband, stunned the entire town when she accused the sheriff of handling her case in an unsavoury manner.
Presley Lamar Pippin, or PL as friends knew him, was a rancher’s son with a tough childhood. Having served two tours of duty in Vietnam, the second in the Special Forces, he retired from the army in 1977, a colonel, and returned to his hometown of Archer City. He missed the military life, so took a job as a sheriff’s deputy and by 1990, was serving his second term as county sheriff. The former Green Beret ran a tight department and earned a reputation as a straight-shooting lawman. That is, until he ran into Gail Bennett in July of 1990. (continued…)

I come here looking for the latest movie releases, and having to trawl though Deadliest Shark Investigations of WWII is slowly driving me away.
If I wanted to watch half-arsed documentaries I could turn on the TV – they broadcast this garbage 24/7 on hundreds of channels.

If you dont care about tv-show releases (no matter what it is), how about not browsing the particular section? If you just wanna find out about the latest shitty movie released, how about actually browsing the proper section dedicated to movie releases? You know under the Movie tab on the right here, the one thats divided into 8 different formats for your convenience.
I totaly agree with dedalus.
And also if it is necessary to post these, id leave out the pointless screenshots of fat people eating or old people dying.
Just short descriptions might be best.
