I was looking at the group name for this cops episode, which is 2HD. Normally XOR rips COPS, so that was indeed aw little unusual. But 2HD has a proven record with good quality releases with reasonable release speed. In this particular episode we encounter a juvenile who is having too much fun driving a golf cart down a public road. In the first scene, a routine check turns into an exciting foot chase where the suspect results in being apprehended. A good face smudging into the concrete is in order, and a jubilant officer delightfully delivers the smudge. And please - the crab people have nothing to do with this, leave them out of it!
