It is not surprising that once again, a black man is seen arrested in the first location in tonight’s show. So far it has been many in a row, maybe even more still in future episodes.
Hillsborough County Deputies chase a driver into a ditch; Las Vegas Police Officers sort out a fight between two new parents; an intoxicated woman gets confrontational with Las Vegas Metro Officers as they arrest her boyfriend.

I dont think Mr X is racist, he is just stating a fact regarding this certain show. It does seem to show a majority of black people being arrested. I dont know if it deliberately focuses on this, or its just a matter of fact.
You would have to phone up the relevant productions who make this show.
