Arghh, it was actually some special episode. In some places it was referred to as E25 part2.
25 is Cops-Police Pullovers special part1
26 is Cops-Police Pullovers special part2
I found my copy on usenet with nfo
cops.1925.pt.2-yestv.nfo

Yep, the screenshot is the whole reason I download it last time, and yes it’s from the intro sequence, it lasts like 1 sec total. :S
I think I’ll download it again, because I kind of enjoyed it, though it was a bit short.
