Cop Out 720p TS x264-IMAGiNE

IMAGINE bring us “Cop Out” TS in 720p resolution. We had few 720p TS releases before, so we are getting used to it (at least i do)…. Quality is way better than usual xvid TS as you can check from the samples below. And once for all: this is NOT upscaled xvid version to 720p, it’s completely NEW video source which is captured with HD cam.

Plot: Two longtime NYPD partners on the trail of a stolen, rare, mint-condition baseball card find themselves up against a merciless, memorabilia-obsessed gangster. Jimmy (Bruce Willis) is the veteran detective whose missing collectible is his only hope to pay for his daughter’s upcoming wedding, and Paul (Tracy Morgan) is his “partner-against-crime” whose preoccupation with his wife’s alleged infidelity makes it hard for him to keep his eye on the ball.

    A TS Video Version of 4.5 gigs?? – Anyone who downloads this is an utter idiot. Even BD Rips are way smaller – an utter waste of Bandwidth.

    Why would anyone bother with this. 720p/x264 and higher should be reserved for _quality_ releases – this looks like a standard 2CD XviD. It’s not that bad for a TS but certainly doesn’t need 4.5gb. The rlslog staff obviously don’t know what they are talking about since they are falling all over themselves to say how awesome this is.

    Reality check – this release is nothing special.

    I have no plans of Dling this, but I do appreciate the 720p TS releases.

    TS already means low quality. So to have to expand a crappy low res video on my 50″ screen makes it look even more like looking at sh** through a sh** colored lens. At least 720p means it’ll be mostly just the video quality to contend with and not the resolution.

    And quit your f**king b**ching people. This is a release site, not a site that REQUIRES you to download everything they post. You aren’t wasting any bandwidth except the couple hundred k it takes to load this page.

    agree @37, one of those who dont care about bandwidth. however after downloading can say not really worth it. for its size expected better. typical TS decent video & decent sound, however goes slightly out of sync maybe the last five minutes of the movie. no big deal but noticeable.

    I guess what the community is trying to say is that why didn’t you make into a mini version? I can understand downloading a pure blu-ray rip at this size, but a cam at this size? Are you kidding me? It’s better than other cams that I’ve seen, but it still has the dark shadows on the left and right, the slightly faded picture, the slight frame loss, but the audio was good. Overall I can’t recommend downloading a 4gb version of this and if it was maybe 700mb or 1.4gb then I might consider it. It is probably the first cam I might consider getting. Though for a cam I would want it as small as possible.

    In the end I’ll just wait for a screener or r5 and they can sync the audio from this cam to it.

    720P Movies are not half of 4.5 GB
    scene rules it has to be DVD5, 1.5 x DVD5 or DVD9 else .5 x DVD5 for animated movies. I haven’t seen any lower then DVD5.

    Woww… Ok. I dare ANYBODY to download the Rx release, then open up this 720p Imagine release, go to the same scene, open them up in full screen, and Alt-Tab between the two releases. The Imagine 720p release is FAR SUPERIOR and definitely worth the 4gb over the 1.4gb for Rx xvid release. Anyone hating on these 4gb 720p TS’ have NO CLUE what they’re talking about. THANK YOU IMAGINE!!!!!!!!
