One thing I note is that sometimes when you start the game, it will ask you to validate and gives you message error again. If that happens, unmount and remount the mini-image then try again to validate. You don’t have to quit the game to mount and re-mount, just use Alt Tab

Hi guys… thx to your tips, combining some of them, I was able to run OF, v 2.2.0.1 fully functional for single player and what more even for LAN game. Thank you very much, for some fellows, I will give brief “how to…”

1 – install Company of Heroes, no crack, no update
2 – install Opposing Fronts, no crack
3 – patch game with available patches (2.100-2.101, 2.101-2.102, 2.102-2.103, 2.103-2.201)
4 – use cracked rs.dll and RelicCOH.exe to run game once, store original files somewhere, exit game
5 – rewrite cracked files with original files
6 – mount mini image, use YASU to cloak DT
7 – run game with internet diconnected or asked connection forbidden in firewall
8 – hit continue and wait for validating disc (take a while sometimes)
9 – enjoy 4 armies in LAN game

Aam not sure if steps 4 and 5 are strictly needed, but just in case…

I precise that I didn't use cd image, but files scattered in a folder, you can extract files by using winrar or isobuster, though the result is I think the same, but that's how I proceed

for game setup i use skirmish mode from main manu (not multiplayer)
then i just open slots for other players
other important condition is that every player needs to have different serial number, having same serial number is making u see game grayed

i dont use any cracks, just mini-image

i am using win xp and i am able to host games for vista players

this is what I did for the last time when it worked :

- Completely uninstalled it
- Rebooted computer
- Installed it from the computer, no cd image, no d-tools no yasu or anything like that
- Patched it to 2101
- then replaced rs.dll from rs.dll from the crack, created and renamed that same file as rspa.dll that replaced it in the rspa folder of the game (I think this is the center of the whole thing)
- then replaced the reliccoh crack (2101 version crack !!)
- finally i added those
127.0.0.1 cohlive-1.quazal.net
127.0.0.1 cohlive.quazal.net

to system32/drivers/etc/hosts

but now when the game finally worked, I feel like I don't wanna play it anymore >_< …

I add that this game isn't available in my country, otherwise I would have bought it instead, wich you should do too.
