regarding to playing over hamatchi:
i am curently playing CoH:OF 2.301 over hamatchi

for game setup i use skirmish mode from main manu (not multiplayer)
then i just open slots for other players
other important condition is that every player needs to have different serial number, having same serial number is making u see game grayed

i dont use any cracks, just mini-image

i am using win xp and i am able to host games for vista players

Opposing Fronts: Invasion of Normandy campaing

If some 1 have problems to play Invasion of Normandy campaing in OP, try remove(delete) COH folder in C:\Documents and Settings\User name\My Documents\My Games. And then just start the game.

Simple as this:

Install the game, run it once with the crack to create a log-in or do the file modification.

but most important, to run on LAN,

MAKE SURE YOU USE DIFFERENT SERIAL NUMBERS!

i got coh 2.202 working succesfully. with all four factions. you dont need to download any crack or patch, it will not work on lan or hamachi. instead follow the steps below.

1. download cohopposing front PCDVD version from thepiratebay.org. i have tried procyon version, but it does not update to higher patch.
2. once you installed, do not run the game. the downloaded PCDVD version will be 2.100.
download the following patches and update to 2.202 one patch at a time

http://cohpatch.relic.com/relic/coh/retail/EN_2201_2202_Patch.exe

you also need daemon tools 4.10 version to mount the mini image.this mini image will not work above 4.20 version of daemon tools.
3. mount the miniimage with daemon tools
4. run yasu and cloak drives.
5. block the following relic online server ips using your router firewall.
206.162.152.55
206.162.152.43
206.162.152.45
if you dont block, it will try to connect to reliconline.
6. add the following entries to your host file which is in path below
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc

127.0.0.1 localhost

127.0.0.1 cohlive-1.quazal.net
127.0.0.1 cohlive.quazal.net

7. now run the coh game and it ask to insert dvd and then click ok it will proceed. this will work on lan as well hamachi also.

8. use only 1.0.1.5 version of hamachi to play this game. first start the game and click multiplayer game. then press alt+tab and then launch hamachi . once logged in with hamachi, alt+tab again and come back to game and play over hamachi.

it doesn’t work for me. after i tap retail version it says that i’ve a bad serial number whats correct because it is a illegal version.

I just wanna play LAN/Hamachi but when i start the game without internet connection, i can;t seem to see any LAN games hosted by my friends. Help pls?! anyone

right tried the lot i removed it, installed it, added no pacthes, used deamon tools and yasu to mask. the game loads i can get to lan screen easy by blocking internet with firewall. i then re allow it in my firewall and both me and my mate go on himachti and 1 of us hosts, but we see no games ive tried no firewall hes tried port forward but with no luck. evan tried:
Then open the folder C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc and open the file “hosts” with notepad
Insert the following lines into the hosts-file:

127.0.0.1 cohlive-1.quazal.net
127.0.0.1 cohlive.quazal.net

but hasent helped. anyone got any ideas or could someone please post a video on youtube showing and explaining how to get this to work. if i find an awnser i will tell you.

how do i play with ppl on LAN (rather Hamachi) using 2.301 patch. I tried to validate by change the host file…… and i can do it if the network connection is closed… but if its open (for Hamachi) it goes thru the whole process and i cant validate via account creation…

guess long story short… how the hell do you play over hamachi with v2.301 with no CD or RelicAccount

got the game runing perfect like in line #127 and patched to latest patch,but instead of turning off internet ive set up firewall to high priority witch means nothing gets in and get out,cuze the game will send comunications from 5 min,and if the net is not on it always crash to ctd with the warning internet is off.it will ask you for the cd to run,ignore that and press continue,he will validate media,and voila we got game,wanna unlock d-day part its easy,grab the first coh put it on the tray,dont instal it,get a working key,then press on the locked game,it will ask it were did you get it,it will ask for the key,insert the key,then if any thing its working it will validate data,the locked game its the first coh and nothing more.
