Comedy Central Roast of Bob Saget DSRip.XviD-aAF
This aired last night on Comedy Central, I was able to watch it as it was on, and I must say, it was one of the better Roasts I have seen in a while, and thanks to aAF, we have it today. I would recommend getting this, if you are a fan of the Roasts they do every year, this one will definitely make you laugh more than the last few years.

Roast master John Stamos headlines a very family-unfriendly event during this star-studded evening. The Comedy Central Roast of Bob Saget will tape in Los Angeles and air on Sunday, August 17. Guests confirmed to roast include Greg Giraldo, Jeffrey Ross, Norm Macdonald, Jon Lovitz, Gilbert Gottfried, Jim Norton and Susie Essman. “It’s an honor . . . My ass is already sore,” stated Saget.

I think this is nuked for being undersized, no big deal I guess. I might check this out but his HBO special was horrible. Just a bunch of profanity and no real jokes.

Yeah, I’m American and I didn’t realize what Norm was doing at first. First off, I always thought Norm was a terrible comedian so when he started making those lame jokes I figured it was just routine. Then it became obvious that he was doing stupid jokes for two reasons: one, it’s suppose to be a vulgar roast so he thought it would be funny if he did safe and clean jokes; two, Bob’s career started and revolved around stupid, safe jokes.
Despite this cunning plan, it still didn’t work out. It would have been funnier if he ended his gig with vulgarity. But oh well.

Norm McDonald, who I liked on SNL, was ridiculous and should’ve been cut out. Put him on the DVD.
Personally, yes, Artie Lange would’ve been great, but there is one person who has made each and every roast since Denis Leary nuts-squashing funny: Lisa Lampanelli. Maybe they kept her off purposely to avoid having to edit a bunch of her stuff out, but she would’ve tore new @$$holes for all on stage, especially Saget.
And then it would’ve been perfect. I was a little let down by this roast, as I was very much looking forward to it (about time they roast someone in comedy, not music or Playboy), but there still were plenty of laughs to keep me interested.
That doesn’t quite look like Stephanie (Jodie Sweetin - http://www.jodiesweetin.net/html/photo/index.php). Though it doesn’t look quite like DJ (Candace Cameraon) either…

Yes, that is Jodie Sweetin at that website. She’s all grown up.
According to Wikipedia (and I read this elsewhere, too), “Sweetin soon became addicted to methamphetamine. It wasn’t until she passed out from cardiac arrhythmia, hypothermia and irregular breathing that she got treatment. In March of 2005, she spent six weeks at the Promises rehabilitation clinic, where she overcame her addiction. As a consequence of her illegal drug use, however, Sweetin’s marriage to Shaun Holguin ended in 2006.”

Jodie Sweetin came to my campus last semester to give a speech about drugs. She was high as a kite throughout. That girl is not doing well. I’ll give this a watch I suppose.
