Lads from group HLS continue to supply the scene with their nice dvd screener from some reviewer’s source and here’s the really fresh one: Closing Escrow is a kind of special comedy, making fun of real estate agents. This flick involves a lot of improvisations and you probably need to be in that business to catch all the jokes flying in the script, but the win of U.S. Comedy Arts Festival may be a good sign for those of you who want to try this one. Released as a classic 1 CD thing with MP3 audio.
“Closing Escrow” is the story of three quirky families seeking to buy their next home. Each has a reason for moving and a reason they don’t get along with their real estate agent. African American attorneys, Bobby and Tamika, have hired Hillary Macella as their real estate agent. Hillary is a racially hyper-sensitive white woman dealing with more than her share of white guilt. That is, until she gets mugged. Tom and Dawn met in an unconventional way as they are the product of the world’s first successful stalking venture. Dawn doesn’t like to call it stalking, but that’s how the police reports referred to it. Over that time, she convinced Tom to leave his wife in favor of her. They themselves are actually now happily married and looking for a new home together.

I watch the show “Nothing but Trailers” on HDNet which is a show which is…..nothing but movie trailers and i saw the preview for this for the last 3 weeks. This movie looks SO funny from the movie trailer, seriously it looks off the wall hilarious. I was DEFINITELY waiting for this one to be released.
I live in a town with only 125,000 people and i know this will never come to our movie theaters. RLSLOG again comes through with the pwn !

this movie is actually pretty funny, if you are familiar with Reno 911 it has that one blonde chick. I forget her name. Its also funny if you are an American alot of the jokes are poking fun at American culture. Like the line “i don’t travel but i do have cable” LOL town.
