Group DnB released a new dvdrip of a Swedish movie Ciao Bella just a moment ago. I personally don’t remember myself watching anything filmed in Sweden in last few years and this release won’t be probably somehow superpopular but it could find its fans. Check the plot and share your knowledge about it if you’ve already seen it. Be prepared for Swedish audio with English subtitles on 1 CD.

CIAO BELLA is a film about yearning for the big love and the insane roller coaster ride of pain, tears and butterflies that comes along with it. In classic Hollywood fashion, we get to follow two teenagers on their journey… straight into each others arms. But there isn’t enough time. Just one week. Sometimes life’s greatest decisions have to be made at the age of sixteen. Mustafa Moradi is aching to find a girlfriend. The trouble is, girls just want him as their friend. Then suddenly he’s struck by a brilliant idea: he’ll simply pretend to be Italian. At Gothia Cup. And finally, a world of possibilities presents itself. On the other end of the city, Linnea is desperately searching for a guy with style, courage and a burning passion. Not an easy task for a girl living in Sweden’s most tedious and ugly suburb. Who knows what would have become of her, had she not met Massimo, the most romantic Italian in the world.

    and sins the girl (named Bella) wants a boy friend form Italy sparks start flying.

    The movies not bad…
    Might not appeal to some, but it’s got a nice story.
    The guy actually goes to my school haha
    anyway i’ve seen a couple swedish movies well made..

    Good that this time at least theres an adult actress.
    Remember watching the “art” film “Lust och fägring stor” (if I got it right) when my friend was telling it had such great reviews. It was about a boy falling in love with teacher.
    In my opinion child porn of sort (though no porn in the movie but it kind of accepted the situation) and was a bit shocked of it and that I have actually watched such (not to the end, stopped watching) and have personally been boycotting Swedish movies ever since.

    This really is a youth oriented film about the trial and errors souronding love. And for you “replicatorssss” ,i don´t really know what to say. Maybe swedish filmers like to portrai sex in a way amaricans portraits violence. If youre looking for romance and drame, this is a good movie. If not, the young actress in the main lead will keep you attending.

    Swedish cinema has produced true masterpieces, just go and check Ingmar Bergman (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ingmar_Bergman).

    Start there then go beyond. There’s a lot of great stuff, although certainly not aimed at teen popcorn audience (then again, maybe some swedish erotica would fit because of the girls)

    There are many swedish movies that are really good. Some are crap, like this one probably is, i havent seen it yet. You should check out some other swedish movies, like “underbara älskade”. im from sweden btw.

    I agree, not all Swedish movies are crap, it’s just that I’ve been disappointed by almost every single one of the more recently released movies. There are certainly a few diamonds in the rough, though.

    Jesus Christ… Don’t watch it and don’t encourage Swedes to make movies unless it’s in Hollywood or at least with a Hollywood budget. They suck like 99% of the time. And I’m a Swede myself…

    its called ciao bella cause its a soccer dude from italy who falls inlove with a swedishgirl… typicall TEEN romance movie so if you like that type of stuff go for it… if not then leave it.

    and there are lots of good swedish movies on low budgets.
