Chopper 2000 DVDRip AC3 XViD iNT-PFa

Many people told me that this movies is good and I still haven’t watched it. Once PFa was so kind to bring it out I think this is the opportunity to watch it this time. It’s seems to be a autobiographical story of criminal who wrote this in jail. Samples look good, 5.1 sound in the 2CD release.

In and out of jail since he was 16, Melbourne standover man Mark Read kidnaps a judge to get his associate friend Jimmy Loughnan out of the notorious H Division of maximum security Pentridge Prison in Melbourne. He fails and is sentenced to 16 years in the very prison in which Loughnan is serving his time. To become leader of the division, he ignites a power struggle which gains him more enemies than admirers. Eventually, even his gang turn their backs on him, and he is stabbed by his childhood friend Loughnan. He voluntarily has his ears cut off by a fellow inmate in order to be transferred out of the H Division; this also gains him recognition in and out of the prison…

    Great film this.

Att the time Eric Bana was a stand up comedian in Australia so the casting of him as Chopper was a suprise.
As a result of a great performance in this film bana went onto higher profile roles in Hollywood films such as Troy and the lead role in the Hulk.

Brilliant film. Eric Bana plays Mark Reed spot-on and even though he is a sick psychopath, I laughed my arse off!

    This movie rocks!!!
Funny as hell, but it is all “true”.
Eric Bana is great as the maniac, because of this film he got the part in BlackHawk Down, and his career has been good after that.
Not a movie for everyone, but give it a chance…

It’s a brilliant movie. Most of it is based on fact. It’s one of my all time favourite movies.

    Favourite line…
Chopper: Why would I shoot a bloke, bang, then wiz him off to the hospital at a hundred miles an hour? It defeats the purpose of having shot him in the first place

Bullshit its based on fact. Its based on Chop Chop’s story’s about himself. He’s a pretty funny bloke for a self confessed psycopath, but he’s 3/4’s bullshit artist ;)

    Stilla bloody funny movie though.
