PDF Editor is what I use. It makes all pdf's editable automatically. No converting. Ill upload it if anyone wants it.

an impressive software would create word or text files to pdf as well, plus the word files would be editable.

I tried it out on a few different PDF's.
so far not impressed.

yes it does convert them into word files quickly and easily, but the word file is not editable.
the word file has a few pages with images on them. basically if you have a 5 page pdf it will give you a 5 page word file with 5 pictures, NOT TEXT.
