A new version of PDF Converter was released by group DVT. This small utility allows you to convert PDF files to text, keeping the whole layout. There’s also a support for image export, which might come pretty handy. I especially like the small size of this tool, in comparison with 100 MB+ alternatives from Adobe.

Convert PDF to Word or Text Format, or extract images in PDF to PNG or BMP format. After conversion, you can use Microsoft Word to edit the file. Chief-Win PDF Converter allows you to maintain the layout, text, graphics, and  images of your original document at an affordable price. The conversion is accurate, fast, and easy to use.

    I tried it out on a few different PDF's.
    so far not impressed.

    yes it does convert them into word files quickly and easily, but the word file is not editable.
    the word file has a few pages with images on them. basically if you have a 5 page pdf it will give you a 5 page word file with 5 pictures, NOT TEXT.

    an impressive software would create word or text files to pdf as well, plus the word files would be editable.

    pass this release and get cutepdf.

    PDF Editor is what I use. It makes all pdf's editable automatically. No converting. Ill upload it if anyone wants it.
