A super popular band Scorpions returns with a brand new album Amazonia, recorded at the Humanity World Tour. This awesome 2007 performance in the middle of Brazilian jungle is now available to everyone!

In August 2007, Germany’s most successful music export worldwide, SCORPIONS, ventured deep into the Brazilian jungle for a sold-out show in front of 40,000 enthusiastic fans the band played a concert in Manaus, the metropolis on the Amazon river. A cooperation with Greenpeace was already existent at this point and when the band returned to South America the next year, they happily intensified it.The rock icons’ DVD “Amazonia – Live In The Jungle” not only includes the complete show played in Recife on September 7, 2008 and a “Special Feature – supported by Greenpeace” consisting of five live videos from their legendary concert in Manaus in 2007, but also a Greenpeace documentation of the SCORPIONS’ legendary flight across the amazon rainforest.

Here’s something little different: new album No Strings Attached from drum & bass duo Dom And Roland. This is a pretty major release with collaborations with Amon Tobin, Noisia, Audio, Rob Playford and Hive. Enjoy it!

In his latest album No Strings Attached, in addition to his latest solo work, Dom has teamed up with the current crop of big name producers to release a 12 track album, featuring collaborations with Amon Tobin of Ninja records, the trendy Dutch super producers Noisia, Violence label owner Hive, Audio, and last but by no means least Rob Playford, Dom’s old label boss, now close friend, also known as the co-producer and engineer of Goldie’s legendary timeless album. Doms latest album is one of his finest works to date and is due for release in late November on all formats. With the album release now imminent Dom has started a busy schedule touring the Uk and Europe until Christmas before doing Russia, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, and America early next year.

We posted a new album She Wolf from Shakira more than a month ago and now group C4 adds more content for all fans: 4 bonus tracks released as a separate release.

Shakira’s brand new English album She Wolf is an uptempo pop album. It is all about synthesizers and electronical concepts, all mixed with the world sounds that we are used to from Shakira, sounds from countries like India, the Middle East and her home country of Colombia. She Wolf features a predominantly English track list with a follow up album of new and unique repertoire in Spanish to come in 2010. The title track “She-Wolf”; boasts the infectious and energizing sound that made Shakira a household name, with a slightly more dancey/ electronic beat (about 125 beats per minute). Though most tracks on the upcoming album will be in English, Shakira chose to service the Spanish version of the first single, “Loba,” two weeks before the English single is launched.
