A very good movie starring Robert De Niro, Cuba Gooding Jr. and Charlize Theron comes online by group DoggPound. It is a very nice 2CD release because the movie runs more than 2 hours. Some months ago I re-checked this movie and brought it back in my mind. Very good performance by all the three actors. The only thing I miss in this film is the AC3 6 channel audio, once they released it in 2CD’s, it should be easy to have better audio quality than just MP3 192Kbps. Enjoy!

A good rated action/horror is “The Devils Rejects” the sequel of “House of 1000 Corpses”. I have never seen either of this movie and I think this is the opportunity for me to watch the 2 films. Can you please tell me if I can see the second movie without seeing the first, or do I have to watch the first one to understand the second one. A sweat for all the horror lovers. Enjoy!

A film with a low rating on the IMDB site was released earlier. I’m just posting this because of John Travolta and Lisa Kudrow. I don’t remember me seeing this movie ever before and I don’t think I’ll check it now, I would like to hear some comments of our readers first. The quality is good though. Enjoy!

Russ Richards (John Travolta) seems to have it all. A popular local television weatherman from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, he has a reserved parking space and table at his favorite restaurant, a beautiful Jaguar convertible, and a rambling house. Unfortunately, he’s also squandered most of his money, and the snowmobile dealership that he owns is going under because of a warm winter that shows no signs of snow. Desperate for a financial break, Russ seeks guidance from his friend Gig (Tim Roth), a sleazy Brit who owns a strip club and has connections with various undesirables. Initially, Gig’s suggestion that Russ should rig the state lottery makes Russ cringe, but out of desperation he enlists the help of the Lotto lady, Crystal (Lisa Kudrow), and they fix the numbers of a six-million-dollar drawing.

Of course, the plan goes terribly wrong in this clever dark comedy from director Nora Ephron (YOU’VE GOT MAIL, SLEEPLESS IN SEATTLE). The all-star cast includes Michael Rapaport as psychotic Dale the Thug, Bill Pullman as lackadaisical Detective Lakewood, Ed O’Neill as Crystal and Russ’s boss, and Michael Moore as Crystal’s seemingly straitlaced cousin.

Earlier today, AXIAL group brought out 3 new releases of 3 older movies. The first one is the decent drama/thriller starring Richard Gere and Edward Norton. I saw last summer this film because I just wanted to re-check some films of Edward Norton and I enjoyed it for the second time. It is a decent movie that people who have missed, have to check. The quality is great!

In Chicago, an Archbishop has been brutally murdered, and a sweet-faced altar boy named Aaron who was seen fleeing the scene of the crime and whose clothes were soaked in blood is charged with the crime. Aaron claims he was present when the murder occurred, but that he is not the killer. Coming to Aaron’s rescue in this high-profile case is Martin Vail, a cocky lawyer who loves the media’s spotlight as much as he loves his job. The legal road ahead of Martin and Aaron is filled with many obstacles, including a very determined prosecuting attorney (who’s Martin’s ex-lover), revelations about the Archbishop’s “relationship” with the altar boys, and Aaron himself, who has a very violent, repugnant second personality named Roy. Is Aaron/Roy guilty? Or is he taking the fall for someone else?

Not so good rated sports teen movie from back ‘99 is out by DoggPound. Amy Smart, Paul Walker and James Van Der Beek star is this film. This movie seems to have a low rating but many votes, so I think many people saw it back then. I think it’s one of Paul Walker’s movies I’ve missed, so this is the opportunity to watch this once I also love sports movies. I usually don’t post so low rated movies but this might be a nice post for the ones who love teen movies and sports movies. The quality is 1CD and DoggPound is a group I trust. Enjoy!

AXIAL brought yesterday a good rated old New Zealand film about an earth with just 3 people on it. After reading the plot I thought that it might be interesting to check the trailer, I watched it, was ok… So I think I might pass this film for now. But some Sci-Fi lovers might like this movie and give it a try. About the quality I will not tell you anything, just AXIAL! Enjoy.

This was the reason for Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt to start dating in real life as well. A very nice action comedy thriller with this two well known actors. AXIAL brings a very good release in top quality for everyone to enjoy. Many of you have seen this, myself included. But the people who have missed this, should check this one.
