Cult director John Waters goes mainstream sort of in this send-up of 1950s teen melodramas. This morning I saw that “The Iceman Cometh” also known as “Ji dong ji xia” was released by iLS. This release was released in June 2007 but just came on the public trackers. A sweet old DVDRiP for the people who like Martial Arts movies. Two very known actors who have played in many movies next to Jackie Chan are Biao Yuen and Maggie Cheung. Ben Affleck and Vin Diesel star in this crime drama. Many of you will have seen this film once I know many people who like Vin Diesel and have seen most of his films. Nia Long and Giovanni Ribisi also star in this movie. While they’re on vacation in the Southwest, Rae finds out her man Michael spent their house money on a classic car, so she dumps him, hitching a ride to Vegas for a flight home. A kid promptly steals Michael’s car, leaving him at the Zip & Sip, a convenience store.

Three bumbling robbers promptly stage a hold up. Two take off with the cash stranding the third, with a mysterious crate, just as the cops arrive. The robber takes the store hostage. As incompetent cops bring in a SWAT team and try a by-the-book rescue, Michael has to keep the robber calm, find out what’s in the crate, aid the negotiations, and get back to Rae. The Stockholm Syndrome asserts its effect.

Group UNDEAD is back with another blockbuster from the past. This movie stars Bruce Willis, Colin Farrell and Terence Howard. It’s a war movie during the World War II and from what I remember it was worth watching. Later today I’ll post 2 other UNDEAD releases that came out in the past few weeks. Enjoy this fresh release!
