Everybody had good Christmas? It has been 20 days since an old DVDRip appeared on the website but I think this is a very good comeback with one of the best action movie ever made. Al Pacino, Robert De Niro and Val Kilmer are the stars in this very known and good rated action film from back ‘95. I’m sure many of you have seen the movie more than once, this post goes to the ones who haven’t seen it and the ones who want it for their DVDRip movie collection. Three old DVDRip’s appeared yesterday. One of the is the very known “The Nightmare Before Christmas” by Tim Burton. Two of the movies star the Muppets and I think that the kids will love them. Tim Burton’s movie is a classic and people who have seen Tim Burton’s “Corpse Bride” and have missed this, should really take a look if they liked the one of 2005. It has been a long time since I saw fresh releases by group UNDEAD, for me one of the best groups releasing quality of old movies. Here are some very good and some less good films to watch. I’ll start by the best film out of the five. “Batman Begins” is the fifth film of the Batman story and it stars Christian Bale, I liked it a lot. “Tristan and Isolde” was a movie that did not attract me in the beginning, but I was really surprised by it, way better than what I was expected, liked it as well. An other horror film “See No Evil” was just another horror film like all others, was nice to watch it for once, not more…

…about “The Fog” I’m not even sure if I have seen it, maybe yes; maybe no. I don’t really remember and I will not check it either. “Alien Autopsy” rings me some bells, have heard about it but I have never seen it, I’m not sure what kind of humor you can expect from such a movie. Maybe some of you can delight me and the other who haven’t seen this title.

As I said, here is the second release of 420RipZ. Another Arnold Schwarzenegger movie that also stars Brigitte Nielsen. I don’t know if anybody would like to grab this film, but I thought Id mention it once this group has done a nice job with these old movies. It’s a standard 1CD DVDRip with monophonic sound. 420RipZ’s third release is from the movie “Bad Santa” that was released here on Releaselog a few months ago, here is the torrent and IMDB link. The movie begins with Red Sonja (Brigitte Nielsen)’s brother and their parents being slaughtered by the evil Queen Gedren (Sandahl Bergman)’s army. Sonja survives being violently raped by Gedren’s troops, and even gives Gedren a kind of a souvenir: a brutal scar on the evil queen’s face. Later that night, Sonja is visited by a spirit… who grants her the strength to seek her revenge.

The story then jumps to a large temple full of white-robed priestesses. They are getting ready to destroy a large, glowing green orb called the Talisman. This dangerous artifact’s destructive power increases from exposure to light; they intend to destroy it before it gets out of control. However, Gedren – now wearing a gold mask to cover her scar – and her aide-de-camp Ikol (Ronald Lacey) attack with their army. The warrior-priestesses resist, but are ultimately subdued by Gedren’s forces…

420RipZ is some group I really don’t know, they release few days ago three decent releases that make it public as well. The first movie, as you can see, stars Arnold Schwarzenegger. It is a Sci-Fi movie that I cannot remember that good after seeing the trailer. But I suppose we all have seen this once back when we were kids. Enjoy and check the other posts that are coming.

In the year 2017, the world economy has collapsed. The great freedoms of the United States are no longer, as the once great nation has sealed off its borders and become a militarized police state, censoring all film, art, literature, and communications. Even so, a small resistance force led by two revolutionaries (Mick Fleetwood and Dweezil Zappa) manages to fight the oppression. With full control over the media, the government attempts to quell the nation’s yearning for freedom by broadcasting a number of game shows on which convicted criminals fight for their lives. The most popular and sadistic of these programs is “The Running Man,” hosted by Damon Killian (Richard Dawson).

When a peaceful protest of starving citizens gathers in Bakersfield, California, a police officer named Ben Richards (Arnold Schwarzenegger) is ordered to fire on the crowd, which he refuses to do. Subdued by the other officers, the attack is carried out, and Richards is framed for the murder of almost a hundred unarmed civilians. Following a daring jail break months later, Richards is captured once again and forced to appear on “The Running Man” with three other convicts (Yaphet Kotto, Marvin J. McIntyre, and Maria Conchita Alonso). With their help, he fights his way through a cadre of sadistic gladiators hunting them down through the ruins of a Los Angeles earthquake, but not promising Killian that he’ll return to settle the score when the show’s host double-crosses him. In the meantime, the contestants must search through the ruins for the resistance in the hopes of finally broadcasting the truth about the government.

Another release by EwDp came online in one of these days. A totally unknown movie to me with some known actors. The movie has not a good IMDB rating and I haven’t read the plot yet. Maybe some of you find it interesting and will grab it. The quality is good as EwDp always bring good quality stuff; this release comes in a 1CD DVDRip. Enjoy!

The January Man is a 1989 film, directed by Pat O’Connor. Oscar-winner John Patrick Shanley penned this awkward mix of comedy and a murder mystery. It stars Kevin Kline as Nick Starkey, smart ex-New York City police detective who is lured back into service by his police commissioner brother (Harvey Keitel) when a serial killer terrorizes the city. Nick becomes involved with the mayor’s daughter (Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio) and is aided in his investigation by one of his neighbors, an eccentric artist played Alan Rickman.

It is New Year’s Eve, 1988. A wealthy socialite by the name of Alison Hawkins has returned from the New Year’s Eve festivities, drunk. As she feeds her fish before she knocks off for the night, a blue ribbon is thrown around her throat and she is strangled to death. This is the latest in a series of murders by a killer only known as The January Man. He’s been terrorizing New York for the past eleven months, and the mayor is fed up with the police’s ineffectual efforts to track him down…
