Cashback LIMITED DVDRip XViD-ESPiSE
An asian scene group ESPiSE released a very nice dvdrip of limited movie Cashback. The name of this romantic comedy is little misleading, but it really doesn’t matter: although it’s a limited film, it reached a surprising level of popularity and people actually give very positive feedback about this movie. The idea of Cashback is fairly interesting: a guy suffering from insomnia can stop the time and he uses this ability to create a virtual naked girl during his boring night shift in the supermarket. This is a 1 CD release, so don’t think too much and just watch it, you may really like it.
When art student Ben Willis is dumped by his girlfriend Suzy, he develops insomnia. To pass the long hours of the night, he starts working the late night shift at the local supermarket. There he meets a colorful cast of characters, all of whom have their own ‘art’ in dealing with the boredom of an eight-hour-shift. Ben’s art is that he imagines himself stopping time. This way, he can appreciate the artistic beauty of the frozen world and the people inside it – especially Sharon, the quiet checkout girl, who perhaps holds the answer to solving the problem of Ben’s insomnia.

What has the file size (or the duration of the movie) to do with the complexity of the movie? There are plenty of thought-provoking movies under 90 minutes (700 MB in my book) out there. As a matter of fact, most 2 CD releases of late where mindless action movies! Not that I mind, I love mindless violence. But it was just a strange (and incorrect) thing to say.
Anyway, sounds like an OK movie. It sounds a bit artsy-fartsy, but I’m still going to give it a try.
Great movie, and yes there is a lot of nudity for u pervs. Great because it’s original in its own sense and not your many cliche’s. The guy in the movie reminds me of harry potter throughout the movie, dunno why lol

This movie really sucked. I started watching, but stopped after the scene with the little girl with the very very bright blue eyes, who started crying. That was too much and totally misplaced. The movie totally missed the point. I could have been nice, but it wasn’t.

first 30 minutes were amusing but got real boring quite fast and I shut it off.

Wow – brilliant film… Loved it
I’ll have to disagree with most previous posters. The movie’s idea is good, but it loses itself somewhere along the line. It’s not even that I mind long unnecessary in-between explanatory parts, it’s just that at some point the story feels like it’s just being dragged on. The movie becomes predictable, not to say boring.
Worth watching though, because it’s definitely a fresh perspective for a movie (or at least a nice change from Hollywood type movies).
