Oh man, so much HDRiPS coming out. This one is from two days ago, sorry for that. Here is another hV release: Carlitos Way. I haven’t seen this movie but it seems pretty nice and people on IMDB like it also: 7.7/10. Picture and sound quality are okay, here’s the ‘proof’ from hV themselves: ‘This was never going to be a DVD5 due to runtime. So we thought what the fuck. This movie rocks, lets do DTS with great bitrate for extra moistness with your picture quality. Enjoy this might fine release.‘ As they said: enjoy!

Carlito Brigante is released from jail after serving five years of a much longer stretch. He vows to go straight and to live life as a fine, upstanding citizen. He even rekindles a romance with his ex-lover. However, Carlito’s associates cannot seem to leave him in peace…his nephew involves him a pool-room gunfight, his lawyer asks him for “favours” which spiral out of control, and even an old friend (now a wheelchair bound paraplegic) tries to get him into trouble with the law. Carlito decides to make a run for Florida and the promise of a new life, but has one final dramatic escape to make from some hoods who believe (wrongly) that he was behind the murder of their boss.

    i cant believe it, how old are people here? how can it be that you dont know so many great classic movies? lately i notice the reviewers havent seen the most classic stuff out there. i just hope its an age thing and nothing else.

    This is a absolute gem!

    I’ve seen this movie many times on tv and also own it on dvd.
    A must for all pacino fans (and others aswell).

    Large file! As can be seen in the comments, this movie has plenty of fans. I kind of agree with what the NYT reviewer at the time said:

    “Playing one more tough, savvy gangster, Mr. Pacino brings vast entertainment value to a film that otherwise would not make great sense. And Brian De Palma finally succeeds in a “Bonfire of the Vanities” vein, delivering a droll portrait of the disco years as seen through a bemused, jaundiced eye.”

    Yea this was an awesome movie back in the day and still better than at least 60% of crime movies that came out after it.
    I havent seen this flick in awhile but there one scene that stuck in my head… when Pacino shouts out “Okay I’m reloaded” and bust out of the bathroom door.

    HDTV is great LOL_gadaffi, but the downside is its very expensive. I paid 80 bucks for the matrix set a week ago. This is a great movie, and I own it on HD. I don’t know if it is out yet, but I am hoping for donnie brasco as well. I gotta pacino’s narrating at the end, and penn’s 70’s jewfro porn cut. It was a surprise, and the sequel probably lured people away from this masterpiece. Check it out, and you will not be disappointed.

    Seriously, pretty much any movie with Pacino in it is a 5 star movie! Personally, I don’t get HD stuff, but I’ve wanted to see this movie for a long time!

    this is a great classic, great acting,great story and just freaking great…………I mean if you haven’t seen this movie and the godfather you can call your self an ignorant when it comes to movies.

    Fixed, i had to check “keep broken files” in winrar.

    Same problem with winrar. Checking “keep broken files” didn’t help. I’m using trial version of winrar. Any thing else I should try? Thanks.
