Hi guys,

I did buy the canon xsi camera, my computer went mad, and i realized that i lost the cd that came with the camera.
I tried to download it from internet, but is allways asking for the original cd to be able to install it.
Could somebody help me with the original files from the original cd?
If yes, could you reply me on my email?

This isn’t Canon’s first camera to use SD cards. At least Canon EOS 1DmkIII uses both SD and CF.

Also, I wouldn’t say image quality is going to suffer from more pixels on any DSLR for a long time. See http://6mpixel.org/en/ for more information.

But still I’m waiting to Canon announce their successor for 5D.

Who will have the guts to come out with a DSLR with image stabilization built into the camera first, Nikon or Canon? I have a lot of Canon 35mm lenses and equipment but until they stop trying to exploit the added cost in their IS lenses instead of simply adding it to the camera itself, I refuse to buy one of their DSLRs. That and larger-sized sensors at a reasonable price – if not a 1x/36×24mm sensor, at least something closer to a 1.2-1.3x sized sensor. It’d be nice to see them add video capability to some of these DSLRs as well, but I know there are some technical issues that exist there.

I do own a set of dslr’s too. You probably haven’t never heard of noctilux or really used a real camera like a Leica or Hasselblad. I own both. I do not live in 1998. The dslr’s today are like slr’s were 10 years ago.

Since when did professionals use Picasa?

It would be much nicer with bigger sensors.longer exposures

all the rebel camera’s are ok for beginners…i’d rather get a 20D or 30D or 5D lol but then again maybe i’d just a new lense
