Call Of Duty World At War-RELOADED
Here we have the release of the PC version of one of the most wanted game this year, we posted the 360 version a little while ago and now you guys could enjoy this on your PC. Released by RELOADED, so you know your in good hands. Enjoy!
The story focuses on the final battles of World War II in the Pacific and Eastern Europe involving the United States, the Empire of Japan, the Soviet Union, and Nazi Germany. It is told from the perspectives of a Marine Raider and a Red Army soldier, and is based on several historical battles, including the Makin Island raid, the Battle of Peleliu, and the Battle of Berlin.
The multiplayer portion of the game contains various game modes, and contains a leveling system that allows the player to unlock additional weapons and rewards as they progress, which was originally implemented in Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. A new feature to the Call of Duty series is the co-op mode, which can support up to four players online and two offline.
World at War will feature a more mature theme than previous installments in the series. Swimming will be introduced to the series. While in water, the player cannot sprint and will only move at half speed. Flamethrowers, introduced in Call of Duty: United Offensive, will appear alongside flammable environments. Vehicles (i.e. Tanks) will also be reintroduced in this edition of Call of Duty. The game will be more open-ended than previous games in the series, as there will be multiple ways to complete objectives.

Always buy the games if you want online play, if you just want the sp gameplay, I dont care what you do.90% of all pirated pc games have no online play, becuase of cd keys arent good.

Issues with the profiles i’m afraid. This method works…
“I found that manually typing in the name of my profile in the file called active.txt in C:/Users/NAME/AppData/Local/Activision/CoDWaW/players/profiles/ made my profile automatically come up and thus, fixing the save game issue…”
Though when i restarted the game after doing this, i still couldn’t delete any of the profiles to make my own, BUT it has stayed on one profile on every restart since, so fixed, even if it aint my profile

1) Navigate to C:/Users/NAME/AppData/Local/Activision/CoDWaW/players/profiles/ on your computer. MAKE SURE to enable hidden files and folders to see this .dir
2) Create a folder with the name of the profile you wish to use
3) Delete any other folders with other profile names that you see in the same .dir
4) Open the file “active”, delete the existing profile name, and enter yours, making sure it’s the same as your named folder and save.
Restart game, choose your settings and it will now start the game with your profile as default

Am i the only one who’s fed up of war and violent video games? I lately only play a casual adventure game since it’s one of the very few genres that offers an alternative to violence, but I can’t help thinking of all the kids sucking up images of war and violence hours a day.
The video game platform is such a inmersive experience that can be used in more inteligent, positive and inclusive ways, in my view it’s a waste of talent, time and energy (from the developers all the way to the player) when invested in such violent games.

i tried to create a profile with serials from the Keygen and the Serials above in the Multiplayer Mode, but nothing happens, you cannot create a Profile, it switches just back if you want to create a Profile, seems all this Serials dont work to play online…

After looking through all the posts here and on other sites, I saw something that worked….go into My Computer…View System Info…Hardware….Device Manager…select Sound, Video, Game Controllers….then DISABLE Unimodem Half-Duplex Audio device….
Went back and started the game….and IT WORKS !!!!
I hope it will help you deal with this problem, unfortunetly, it dind’t help me because my audio card is an Asus Xonar D2X and I don’t have that drver, I can’t disable Unimodem Half-Duplex Audio device because it’s not there … if some of you have any ideas that would help me pls sahare them

Has anyone tried to play the single player with this release? It lags incredibly bad. Not in a “low fps” way either. People literaly move and react at half speed. And when someone says something, the characters mouth moves 2 seconds later.

I click the .exe to start the game, and the small splash banner comes up, screen goes black and the game never loads. Not even in safe mode.

I have got to the truck early in the first level where one guy is instructed to start the truck and I am instructed to puncture the barrel in the back with my knife. While you download this folks remember that all your doing is screwing up PC gaming. We get enough console coverted crap games on the PC now that we need folks to support the game Devoplers and show them that the PC is a viable platform for games. So if you like it Buy it!

whos to say im not gonna buy it? i own cod 4. the only reason i want to test it out before i buy it is because the beta felt like cod4 with different guns and maps. i wanted to see if the sp/co-op were really good enough to warrant spending 50$ on whats basicly a switched up version of cod4. cant say treyarch is exactly my favorite company either.

Finished the game with the original release (no crackfix) last night (sunday now) without any problems on ATi R4870 XP SP3 Intel C2D E8500.
It happens me the same as the guy @250. It loads the splash screen (the desktop one) then it loads up, black screen, and nothing else. It just stays there. Any solution?
Played 5 Missions so far with no problems.
Using 8800gt-OC,Vista, Nvidia 178.24 whql drivers and November’s directX)
NO crashes, NO missing texture errors and No problems with setting and keeping high screen resolution and my profile settings.

To anybody having problems with black screen, you just have to wait for like 2 or more minutes and the game will run fine. Be patient. It looks as if the problem is caused by videos, because every time a video is about to be played (game intro or pre-mission video), game appears to freeze, but only for couple of minutes. Not too bad. So don’t think that the game froze even when you click 1st mission….
As for the multiplayer part goes, you DONT have to create online multiplayer. Theoretically you should be able to play in lan. Just do it this way:
1. run CoDWaWmp.exe
2. Click “Cancel”
3. Click “No”
4. Click “Cancel”
You should now be in main menu, with upper right corner saying OFFLINE. My only question with this is, do you start from level 1 every time you enter offline mode? If so, that would suck. In cod 4 you could create custom offline profile that kept all the setups and rankings and unlocks.

Per say the game is not bad. It is very short..if you are a good player you will get it’s single player campaign done in under 10hrs easily. It is not a step above COD 4 and not a step backwards..there is an american and russian campaign and that is it. The graphics are incredible…story is great..but it is again a point a to point b shoot anything in between game…COD 4 was somewhat more involving in its story that this game. This feels like a continuation or a mod of COD 2 that we all played some years ago. There are no destructible environments…yet again and you are forced thru a linear path on each map yet again. i would say it is a high seventies % game…i do not play multiplayer so i would not be able to help you on the multiplayer part.

How do you change your sound to 24 4800 on xp? Everyone is posting the vista 32 fix but what about us with XP?
So it seems that if you’re using Vista, you can fix it, if you’re using XP SP3, you’re F***ck up…tHAT’S just great…I just can’t make it WORK!!! And NOO, I don’t have have the Unimodem Sound Device..

I’m having some trouble with the game. Everytime I try to load a level, it freezes for about 3 minutes, and then takes about 6-7 minutes to load.

If anybody is having weird texture issues in the games water, try disabling the dual video card option in the games video options. it has been working for a lot of people.

for some reason Im having problems to retrieve my accounts saved games. Theres no my profile anymore on the list “select online profile” but when I go to “C:\Users\accountname\AppData\Local\Activision\CoDWaW\players” I do find my profile and saved games but why cant it appear on the list?
and even if I make new profile lets say name “account1″ and then go “C:\Users\accountname\AppData\Local\Activision\CoDWaW\players” and copy saved games from account that Im trying to retrieve to the account1. Then I start a game and select account1 but there still arent any saved games.
Hey, can some1 post a FULL config of Hamachi & COD to play CO-OP, i used the LANFIX but i get only a black screen. Next i try to connect on my home network to the server, its loading…. but the client gets kicked out because “CD key in USE” (i used the fixed crack from Reloaded)

go to control panel then select your sound and then your sound card advanced then 24 4800 it shouldnt be that diffrent from vista and i still say try turning your sound card off and on thats how mines worked

The one that creates the network in hamachi have to right click the network name and select “Details” then click “Disable encryption”.
Whoever creates the COD5 co-op server wont need to use the LAN fix..But the clients do i suppose.

That one IS the co-op LAN fix. The name is a bit confusing but its the correct one. Theres one out for regular multiplayer servers aswell , and u can find that one at piratebay.

Are you sure you disabled encryption on the hamachi server? And is ur friend using the same hamachi version as you are? Also check so that ur (if you have one) firewall aint blocking hamachi in any way.

I cant even start the game on solo, I dont understand why, I select the level of difficulty and nothing, no crash or nothing, just back to the solo menu.

Still having problems, as soon as I finish mission 2 its starts loading mission 3 but when it finishes the game hangs on the black screen. I can hear dialog boxes popping up but I cant alt-tab to read them and I have to manually restart my computer to get out of it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Not to sure what everyone is talking about in regards to this “texture” thing. I have played past mission 3 with no problems thus far. Also, I went into the install directory and moved all the Bink videos into another folder because it was apparently lagging my system when trying to load them. Now I just go into the game and press Esc key / left mouse button when I’m trying to start a new mission (black screen) and it works, no problem.
As with several previous posts, after choosing Solo game and picking a difficulty level, game does not start but goes back to main menu.
Any ideas on a fix would be much appreciated???

Make sure you didnt let the game get access to internet. If u did:
1. reinstall
2. make sure the game doesnt have access to intenet (firewall)
3. go to directory where profiles are stored
4. delete all profiles
5. create directory with the name you want to use for your profile
6. in the directory where profiles are stored create file called active.txt. in this file, enter the name of your profile and save
7. play the game
8. you will probably still have problems with starting the game/levels because of lousy crack/developers work (recomend moving all videos (*.bik) to different directory. Move them back when new crack for 1.1 comes live)

Believe it or not try the sound fix (lower it to 24/4800).
All I could get was black-title-black crash, there was NO way to relate it to sound, no detailed error message.
I think my system hates playing game, FC2-could get 20-30m before it would crash, RA3-takes a while, and no way to upgrade-tried with the patch/crack, failed at verification.
Now CoD5, strange thing is my system is NOT O/C, and not a unusual setup

ok here is a quick fix for the sound issues on windows xp sp3. i too dont have the unimodem blah blah visible in my system hardware.
i have installed the latest 1.1 patch and that did nothing. so i went into the audio properties and adjusted the hardware acceleration to basic (the 2nd one from the left of the 4 available) and that did the trick. entered the game and the audio sounds fine. cant really tell what is missing but at least the audio is playing fine now.

If you are getting a missing textures error it is nothing to do with a bad download.
It likely has to do with your Nvidia drivers, especially if you are running a Geforce 8x series card. Use older driver version 6.14.11.7516 and it will work.
I dowloaded Call of Duty World at War Reloaded and the pack from post #303 and I still get the “Fastfile for zone ‘code_post_gfx’ is corrupt or unreadable” error. My VGA drivers are updated.

only single player needs cracked.. dont even think about downloading any cracks for multiplayer only servers need a crack. just use a keygen if you get a duplicate cd key in use error and use xfire to connect to a server with mp.

I had the problem with starting the game too. After selecting difficulty, nothing happens. I tried going offline and starting the game again, and it worked fine! Maybe blocking the game with your firewall will work too.

If you cannot start a new game, try the following:
“go to run , type regedit and navigate to the folowing

to a different key like wmdl5ew1met71ew54b73 i then restarted the game and

if you cant start a game after picking new game or difculty level then you need to seach for Call of Duty: World at War OFFLINE PROFILE CREATOR , from gamecopyworld its worked for me with a new profile.

AT LAST ! I have launched COD WAW on my Windows XP Pro SP3 x86 OS ! Laughing I just wanted to share with you how I did it.
I had the problem that COD WAW didn't run at all. Only error message was appearing and that's all:

THIS IS WORKING!!!
I have tried to update Directx 9.0c August, new video drivers and it didn't help. Then I went to Control Panel / Phone and Modem Options and removed 2 modems which drivers were installed long time ago but there were no modems in my PC. Then I went to Network Connections and I removed DIALUP Connection and VPN connections, enabled 1394 connection and that's all.
Good luck to those ppl who can't make that buged game to launch.

Hey guys. I couldn’t get it working with Windows 7/64. Had the same “water droplet” errors discussed. Tried this fix:If you’re on Windows Vista, go into:
Playback Devices > Speakers > Properties > Advanced
Then change your Default Format to: 24 bit, 48000 Hz (Studio Quality). Now it works GREAT! Thanks to the original poster for this! I received the punk buster error after I started the game, but I don’t do multiplayer so I just canceled and played solo! LOVE THE COD! THANKS!
