Call of Duty 4 Patch 1.5 Released-TBS

Gaming section has been dead for last few weeks and it doesn’t look like it should change anytime soon. Yeah, there were few cheap kids games, but they were too crappy to be even posted here. Group TBS released something at least a bit decet – a patch 1.5 for popular Call of Duty 4. The 11 MB update offers multiplayer bug fixes and additional mod support. A mod tools patch is available as well, which makes the tools work with languages other than English. You need to have installed version 1.4 already.

Changelog

– Fixed server browser not showing all of the servers
- The “hold [ ] to steady” sniper scope hint will only appear if you can use it
- Fixed game not recognizing IWDs existing if they are all in fs_basepath and none are in the main/ folder
- Made mod scripts able to change stats
- Allow developer_script for mulitiplayer modding
- Fixed map rotation errors with usermaps
- Fixed minimap not showing up in the menu for usermaps
- Mod tools will now work with other languages

    for some reason, i can’t get the crack working.
    i’m using version v1.0 no patch.

    after i paste the no-cd fix it just say have to launch the game in safe mode, then nothing happen.

    @ROB… plz check that u meet the minimum requirements… this can be done at http://www.canirunit.com and selecting call of duty 4… if you do please check your using a proper crack that works… if u are do what i did… update to 1.4 and download the 1.4 crack cause i know that works… 100%…

    this was released lk a week or 2 ago… and u can use your game to auto update… this doesnt change the cracked sp file… i donno about the mp file… but i use the uncracked mp as the cracked one doesnt let me connect to any server… cracked or not….

    neho hope tis was helpfull to everi1 not that alot of ppl r going to check the page… cuz most gamers already updated… but those u needed re-assurance… BE ASSURED… lol

    you can just use the general release of 1.5 still play on cracked servers. so theres not much point in this as it doesnt really fix much single player.

    The update on my existing 1.4 didn’t work as expected. Uninstalling the game and reapplying the patches did the job however.

    By the way, there may not be super-exciting game releases to come but I’d be terribly surprised if we didn’t see some interesting new stuff in February (Conflict: Denied Ops, Frontlines: Fuels Of War, Lost, Perry Rhodan and Turning Point are scheduled for this month).

    Well, let me tell you a few things about this so-called “group”, TBS. First of all, it’s not a scene group. Just search the pre db.

    Now, you most likely found this piece of garbage release on TL. However, that’s not the only place you will find it, the primary source is another tracker called TorrentBitS.ro (get it? TBS?). Some 40+ year old SysOp from that tracker with the nick “Yve” poses as “Yvette” on TL and posts, together with his minion razvanultra55 (though you can find him under many other names), this p2p stuff made from official patches and cracks from various dubious sources such as Russian and Chinese forums, obscure trackers and previous versions. They also release a lot of mp3 garbage as “DJSteph”(another of razvanultra55’s names) “livesets” or garbage DVDs such as XViD Cam to DVD conversions.

    So now that you know it, you shouldn’t wonder why the release doesn’t work.

    look what i found guys.

    we hold special events on private servers, currently have the open ultimate tdm server that is hardcore mode… and we also have a handful of private servers with gametypes of everykind, custom maps in rotation also… the private servers are for members in good standing, we are a ranked server, we have detailed stats and a forum that is very active…

    I think single player stays at 1.4.
    So no sp-crack is needed for 1.5.

    afaik there’s a few good games comming out this month. Conflict denied ops, frontlines fuel of war, devil may cry 4, possibly assassins creed, I know AC was scheduled for release in jan, then pushed back to feb but I can’t be sure anymore.

    I wouldn’t call cod 4 a good game though, atleast not the SP, never tried MP, couldn’t find how to play it online without buying it, and the sp never provoked me into trying too hard.

    Great game in Multiplayer.. unfortunately 90% of people are are usingt Wallhacks or Aimbots. Without one of these you usually get killed in less than 30 secs :)

    now guys,Ive just downloaded COD4 2 days ago & installed it,finished it & it was way fun than the previous release !!! anyway I want to play on those cracked servers but dont know what are the steps to do so !!! plz can somebody tell me exactly what do I have to do to get that patch & log in on one of those cracked servers ??? help would be much appreciated,thnx in advance

    If you have installed CoD4 1.5 patch you don’t need any crack for Multiplayer and Singleplayer Mode.

    MP crack included in this release is useless, don’t need to apply it.

    If you want to play SP just run SecuROM Loader, for example YASU 1.4 and cloak – don’t need any crack for this game
    :P

    For any of you that get killed in the first 30 seconds may not be because of wall hack and such. You could be just really bad. I play this game competetively and is well worth the 50 dollars you put into it. Rather than trying to crack this one just buy it trust me you will be happy. I have won money playing this game and its just damn good in 5 v 5 S and D. Long time cod player and always will be

    I’ve installed the 1.5 patch and I only can play multiplayer. Is there a SP crack for 1.5 somewhere??? When I start SP the game needs the original disc. So this might be solved with a crack as I know.
