Caliban - The Awakening (2007)

Heavy metal band Caliban has a new album releasing on the 28th of May but it was leaked on the internet 2 days ago. I was checking out their myspace to see what kind of music they make and started to listening to one track from the previous album and it was alright when the drum, guitar etc. started playing but when it got to the singing i just stopped the track. The singing is really heavy metal stuff (shouting most of the lyrics) and i don’t really like that kind of music its too crazy for me. I’m sure you guys would check this album out.Caliban, a metalcore-band, was formed in Hattingen, Germany in 1997 under the name Never Again. After 6 months of playing together, the band recorded their first two songs for a demo, which was never released. The songs were sent to several record labels, and Lifeforce Records was the first to offer the band a record deal. The band’s first self-titled EP came out in the summer of 1998. To promote it, Caliban played many shows all over Europe and a few support shows for bands like Morning Again, Earth Crisis, and Cro-Mags.

Well, Caliban are great and as you said, a metalcore-band. Their last album was great. Hope this one’s too! :). And the shouting is a hard thing to learn to like in the beginning but when you do you really like it :).

Caliban are a great metalcore band. I’ve been listening to them since 2001. Personally, I loved this album and look forward to owning it when it comes out. Title song was actually something new from them, usually get that kind of melody on the first track and the first track only. Anyway.. if you listen to extrem metal then check these guys out! Very important German Metalcore band here and one to keep an eye on.

Caliban are my favourite band, I listen to all their albums regularly and I listened to their new album last night. I was very much pleased and have been listening to it off and on throughout the day. They have some different sort of style, but you can definitely still tell it’s good old Caliban. 2 tracks that stand out in my mind are “I Will Never Let You Down” & “My Time Has Come” because of the powerful melodic melodics, which are present in quite a few of their songs on this new album.
Although I have downloaded it, I will definately support them and their killer music & skills by going out and buying this album when it is released at the end of this month. You all should as well, don’t be gay.

true.. it’s a metalcore band, not heavy metal! and the album…. didn’t it releasing on the 25th of May, not the 28th.. am I wrong?,

I Will Never Let You Down, Another Day, My Time Has Come, Give Me A Reason, I Believe… and I’ll Show No Fear.. are the best songs on the album.

especially,, I Will Never Let You Down and I’ll Show No Fear, heh…. =)

we don’t think it is reasonable to spend hundreds thousands dollars to buy a decorating watch. you can use those money to invest in other industry which will return you good profit.
here you just need to spend 100-200 dollars to buy a replica rolex watches.
Rolex Submariner replica watches are made by the rating 1:1 according to the original watches, and you can’t distinguish the original and the fake watches when you look at the surface of the watches.
