Read the NFO for cracking instructions.

Description:
CachemanXP is a Windows tuneup utility designed to improve the speed and stability of your computer by optimizing caches, recovering RAM and fine tuning a number of system settings. Oneclick-Optimization makes itsuitable for novice and intermediate users yet it is also powerful and versatile enough for computer experts.Backups of settings ensure that all user modifications can be reversed with a single click. CachemanXP requires Windows 2000/2003 or XP/XP64 to run, uses minimal resources and virtually no CPU time. The help file includes a screenshot based system performance guide.
Unlike other tuneup utilities, CachemanXP runs as a system service, minimizing resource usage and tweaking Windows at system-level.

    **OFFTOPIC**

R5 of What Happens In Vegas is online. I wonder how long it takes until someone puts English audio under it.

Or perhaps I should say, it’s one of the first apps I’d install after doing a clean-reinstall. (I still recommend this to friends running xp)

For Vista users, there is a similar program called Clevercache that works great.

More tat.. as Darius III said, these kind of programs were ok back when Ram and cpu were at a minimum.. Useless if you have more than 512mb.

@8,9 7 11 – Obviously you are all n00b’s as you don’t realize how certain programs can actually assist you in making your computer run smoother.
This is one of the fastest memory optimization and most resource friendly program around. I have this and O&O CleverCache running and nothing that I’ve used beats it.
I’ve benchmarked my PC using various appz with and without this software running, and it’s a fantastic program that actually works.
So before you start bashing things that you don’t know anything about, take some time out of your day to learn a thing or two before making idiots of yourselves.

Well, of course, I’m sure this app is of limited use to n00bs, but I myself would find it totally unnecessary as I can tell just by looking how much RAM, CPU, and CACHE each program is using.

Comes with years of practice, dontcha know.

Great program with one exception.. It gobbles up a ton of ram itself. Have tested it while using several apps and while it does help with speeding up access time it also gobbles up your resources.
Noticeably enough that when using a online program with a ton of lag like say Second Life and you disable cache man, you suddenly aren’t so lagged.
Use the Ram Defrag in Wopti utilities. 10X better than cacheman

  23. @23
    May 25th, 2008 | 19:00

Actually, the memory defrag option in Wopti is slower and more CPU intensive than Cacheman XP. The quick defrag option is pointless and the deep defrag takes forever, slows the system down and is a pain in the ass. The RAM recovery option in Cacheman XP however is cleaner, quicker and much more efficient without making your PC all bogged down and slow.

And with regards to #18, this program doesn’t just tell you about RAM/CPU etc is being used by each program.

If you had actually used it, you would know.

Years of practice? At what – masturbation?

Guys, it’s better to tweak your system once based on your needs (for example for audio appz you need to set the priority for the background services) and forget about using a utility that runs constantly in your system and loads dlls and services etc. that can interfere and mess up your system.

$4 Million In Fines For Linking To Infringing Files
Posted by Soulskill on Sunday May 25, @10:13AM

I Don’t Believe in Imaginary Property writes “The MPAA won judgments totaling $4M against two sites which merely link to infringing content. They’re not arguing that it’s an infringement of their distribution right, like the RIAA has with their ‘making available’ argument. Instead, they got the sites for ‘contributory copyright infringement’, just like RIAA v. LimeWire. To translate all that legalese into English, search engines which primarily index copyright-infringing material and the people who run them may not be safe in the US. That applies even if the sites in question do not host any infringing materials, participate in, or encourage the infringement done by their users. And, even honoring DMCA notices in order to take advantage of the DMCA Safe Harbor provisions hasn’t prevented the **AA from suing.”

This is the most stupid software. You can do all this manually without the help of cacheman.
Cacheman does run on your computer, it needs resources, it keeps monitoring every thing!

Get XP Smoker, it dosent keep running on windows, it does all settings and never runs unless you start it again !
