Butterfly On A Wheel 2007 WS LiMiTED DVDRip XviD-iSLAND
iSLAND (not very active group) have released a limited film “Butterfly on a wheel”. I never heard of this film but it looks interesting. Got good ratings too. Its got Pierce Brosnan in it so it might be worth giving a go. I’m gonna get this one.
And for all thos of you who say nuked this was unnuked. Samples HLS rls / iSLAND rls. Its clear iSLAND rls is the better one

Butterfly.On.A.Wheel.2007.WS.LiMiTED.DVDRip.XviD-iSLAND has subs unlike HLS release so if u dled its not all bad!
iSLAND released a perfect screener of this last August.
The plot thickens. iSLAND has included samples of both HLS and their release, im guessing there are some visible differences. Anyway here is the rs link for both samples and the subs (Subs: .SE .NO .DK .FI.)

Shattered… we put the name to the test.
Come on now…this is nuked for a reason. And subtitles?! really?…those could have been downloaded from anywhere after Shattered Retail dropped. And for those of you talkin about the dvdscr, thats REALLY old news.

Jumping past all the proper not proper release drivel, the movie was excellent. Reminded me of Derailed. Definitely worth the download, whether HLS or iSLAND, the experience isn’t going to be significantly different unless you watch movies for minor quality blemishes rather than plot, characters, and general entertainment.

watched this film last week i thought it was awful, didn’t go anywhere, last 15 minutes were about the only good thing about it. pierce brosnans irish accent in it is rubbish aswell…

After comparing the 2 releases…iSLAND’s rls has a little bit of extra visual at the sides. Just a bit really. However, it lacks the extra visual at the top+bottom that is seen in HLS’s rls….which is quite A LOT. Seems over cropped to me..
As such, I’d take HLS rls as there is more to ’see’.
2.41 AR is just too weird on a normal 16:10 or 16:9 screen.

I agree with Rom (29). Both releases are cropped in different ways, but you can see more on the HLS release and the aspect ratio is more suited to TV/PC-screens. The Island release is a bit more up close. My guess is that the studio released two different versions, one in 2:40 and one in 1:80 aspect ratio.

the iSLAND release should be nuked, it is not a PROPER release. nfo says nothing about why they re-released it.
i´ve downloaded the HLS rip and the video quality is not very good (low bitrate for a 16:9 video).
maybe, the island rip with 2,40 AR presents better video.
So this is like what, Release #17 of this movie? Every week it seems this movie is re-released and put on here. We get it, we probably all have it. In fact I’m guessing most RLSloggers probably have Shattered and Butterfly, just by accident for grabbing both. Do we really need more rips of this?

BTW IMDb rating is misleading, way too high ratings there.
I guess it’s entertaining, but plot underestimates audience’s intelligence. The movie is too serious for this sort of plot. If it had more comedic elements it might work better. And maybe it should have been shorter too, in a way…
