Burn After Reading DVDRip XviD-ViTE

And a few hours after the 720p release we get the standard XviD for those who don’t fancy using a lot of traffic. It’s long time, no see from ViTE, a great old skool group. They messed up this release a little because it is already nuked for “gmc.not.allowed” (Global Motion Compression). In fact, it’s almost a whole year to the day since they released Halloween and it was nuked for the same reason, spooky that. Up to you if you want to wait for REPACK or PROPER…

Update: Burn.After.Reading.REPACK.DVDRip.XviD-ViTE just pre’d!

After the dark brilliance of No Country for Old Men, Burn After Reading may seem like a trifle, but few filmmakers elevate the trivial to art quite like Joel and Ethan Coen. Inspired by Stansfield Turner’s Burn Before Reading, the comically convoluted plot clicks into gear when the CIA gives analyst Osborne Cox (John Malkovich) the boot. Little does Cox know his wife, Katie (Tilda Swinton, riffing on her Michael Clayton character), is seeing married federal marshal Harry (George Clooney, Swinton’s Clayton co-star, playing off his Syriana role). To get back at the Agency, Cox works on his memoirs. Through a twist of fate, fitness club workers Linda (Frances McDormand) and Chad (Brad Pitt in a pompadour that recalls Johnny Suede) find the disc and try to wrangle a “Samaratin tax” out of the surly alcoholic. An avid Internet dater, Linda plans to use the money for plastic surgery, oblivious that her manager, Ted (The Visitor’s Richard Jenkins), likes her just the way she is. Though it sounds like a Beltway remake of The Big Lebowski, the Coen entry it most closely resembles, this time the brothers concentrate their energies on the myriad insecurities endemic to the mid-life crisis–with the exception of Chad, who’s too dense to share such concerns, leading to the funniest performance of Pitt’s career. If Lebowski represented the Coen’s unique approach to film noir, Burn sees them putting their irresistibly absurdist stamp on paranoid thrillers from Enemy of the State to The Bourne Identity.

    I cannot believe some people don’t like this movie.

    I think it is maybe the best Coen Bros. movie.

    I don’t think there is any need to download this release as the R5 release was too good to be true. The picture quality was truly amazing for a 1CD release and the sound was very good, too. In fact this was one of the best 1CD XviD quality releases I have ever seen even if it was R5 but it sure looked better than many 1CD releases out there nowadays.
    I even think it looked at the movie to see the name of Washington D.C. written in Russian ;) Great movie, great release, highly this new is better quality-wise. Pukka did such an amazing job. Good enough to keep for archiving and normally I am that type of guy who keeps at least ! 2CD releases for archiving and if I like a movie I will try to get the DVDR or even the DVD9 but those DL releases are hard to grasp. Nuff said.

    @22

    Sorry but virustotal (10 of 20 scanners!) is telling me that there is a trojan in your upload. Are you trying to f’ck people here?

    Folks, don’t download. Secure your computers!

    22 is indeed posting links to viruses, but that’s not all he’s doing’ the protected “Rapidshare” links he posted are actually disguised phishing sites (cached versions of legit Rapidshare pages hosted on another server). If you’re a Premium user and clicked one of those links and entered your info – make sure to change your password.

    If you don’t know what GMC is than you shouldn’t be pirating software! Buy yourself a dvd and enjoy it!

    And gtfo! Search urban dictionary for that!

  30. Aliaus
    December 9th, 2008 | 02:52

    @29 Fancy Pancy

    either answer the question or STFU, no need to rip on someone for not knowing what GMC means, the fact that you didn’t bother explaining what it mean tells me that you don’t know what it means either and YOU should GTFO.

  31. Fancy Pancy
    December 9th, 2008 | 03:06

    @Aliaus

    What does STFU mean? Is this the kind of thing your friends are doing with your mom all day long? ^^

    I know what GMC means… and obviously omniscient wiki knows. And master gOOgLe. And every other f’cking site that is 1337. Cool for you that you know gtfo. And now do it lamer!

    For all others: Here is a link. Inform yourself.
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Global_motion_compensation

    @Noobs: You can’t play rips on some hw-dvd/xvid-player if they contain gmc. GMC is not part of the supported home-profile for them. Therefore you will either get stuttering or no movie at all on many players (not the awesome software player vlc but the hardware ones).

    @32 Fancy Pansy

    if you don’t know what stfu means then i advise you to take your own suggestion and search urban dictionary instead of resorting to “your mom” insults, just shows how lame you are. how nice of you to put a wiki link, if you would have done that in your #29 comment i would not have not responded with comment #31. maybe you should use a nicer tone of language once in a while, who knows, you might even make one or two friends and at best a decent girlfriend. good day/good night.
