BS Player Pro v2.32.975 Multilingual Incl Keymaker-CORE
Here’s a new updated version for BS Player Pro, by CORE. I used to have this program, liked it. But when I got into Vista I just started using VLC… But it’s still a good app though:)
BS.Player is used by more than 70 millions of multimedia users throughout the world and it has been translated into more than 90 languages. All the downloaded versions of our FREE version exceed the sum of all downloads of competitive media players and payable DivX or DVD players. Because it does not use much of the CPU processing resources it is suitable for all those who use slightly less capable computers for their multimedia playback. Enjoy the playback of DVD movies of the highest quality.

We are proud to present new version of BS.Player 2.32 with new functionality of detecting missing codecs on your computer.
BS.Player 2.32 will run codec diagnostics at installation (only once) and will prompt user if any of vital multimedia codecs are not installed on the system. User has the option to download and install missing codecs or not. All codecs installed by BS.Players Codec manager are installed locally (meaning only BS.Player will use these codecs) and they will not interfere or mess with functionality of any of your other codecs installed globally.
Version 2.32.975:
- sometimes added file extension was ignored in ML, fixed
- sometimes codec download was required even if codec was already installed globally, fixed
- TV, Radio buttons, did not open right section in ML, fixed
- fixed incorrect mms stream playback
- added support for http authentication, for shoutcast and icecast streams
- mp3/ogg streams can now be played directly from http, without downloading them first
- ‘-hide’ command line option now works also if first parameter is not specified
- some other bug fixes and changes

I used to like BS Player a long time ago. But last years I’ve been using Media Player Classic with K-Lite Codec Pack and it works perfect for me so I really got no reason to change. But still, is BS Player any good now days?
Well ive been using BS player for quite a few years(7-8) and i never had problems with it. Never tried another player tough…bs player always worked like a charm.
@8, I use BsPlayer for quick jumps in the movie (+5 sec, etc).
It is version 2.32 but in the description there is:
What does the BS.Playerâ„¢ 2.31 PRO has to offer?
hehe, no big deal, but still …
BSplayer is my favorite media player, the hot keys are amazing.

BSPlayer sux… n00bsauce!!!! The KMPayer is by far the greatest player out there, its free and its internal codecs are flawless… the only thing that comes closes is wmc
One question.
Where is setup.exe file?
O.o
When will BSPlayer ever fix the video overlay problem in Vista that conflicts with the Aero interface? Useless if you’re on Vista, okay if you’re on XP.
There is no single video app that handles every format right. VLC does a reasonable job as does GOM and KMPlayer – but none of these have good decoders for MPEG2 on Vista.
On the other hand, PowerDVD, WinDVD, and MediaPlayer 11 don’t do much except DVD. How about just one good video app for Vista that does it all (MKV, H264, DVD, XVID, MOV, etc)!
I can’t blame anybody but Microsoft for not including a decent MPEG2 decoder in the Vista operating system. Just completely stupid – as is Vista.
Aero kinda bloo00oows c0ock, so too bad for you Jonathan
cowon for me thankyou all very much……
@ Jonathan Smith ,for ur problem ,try media player classic + CCCP codec pack (Combined Community Codec Pack), better than mpc+ k-lite.download cccp – http://www.cccp-project.net/ .for info – http://www.cccp-project.net/wiki/index.php?title=Main_Page .
also u dont need to install Media Player Classic separately as it comes bundled with the cccp codec installation.also the mpc is the latest ,Media Player Classic Homecinema (MPC-HC).Preferably MPC-HC or Zoom Player are installed by CCCP. These were tested and configured to work smoothly out of the box. Any player that is basically sane and uses DirectShow works too .a list of media players that work with cccp codec pack- http://www.cccp-project.net/wiki/index.php?title=Media_Players .BSPlayer has an almost uncountable number of bugs in it, the short answer is that almost all playback is broken .Media Player Classic ,using the version included with the CCCP, there are no problems with playback (however, if you use a standalone version, you may get into trouble, since it can decide to use its default settings, enabling all the internal filters)
@36 ilovemovies: I tried CCCP a long time ago but went back to K-Lite, don’t remember why. Everything you say about CCCP fits K-Lite also, except it doesn’t come with Zoom Player. Also K-Lite seem to be updated a lot more frequently. What is it that make you say CCCP is better? Not saying you are wrong, just give me a good reason and I might give it a try again.
To those who liked BS Player for hotkeys and quickjump. These things are in MPC also.
