Boys Noize – Oi Oi Oi Remixed (2008)
Group hidden behind a pretty specific name “E” released a retail European version of album Oi Oi Oi Remixed from German electronic music producer known as Boys Noize. I guess this artist isn’t too well-known, but he stood behind some great music remixes and this is his second studio album. If you like Daft Punk, give this a try, it’s quite similar, just with light techno elements…
Boys Noize is the monicker of a German electro-tech producer and DJ, Alexander Ridha. It is also the name of Ridha’s label, Boysnoize Records, which he set up in 2005. Ridha was born and grew up in Hamburg, Germany. Between the ages of six and fourteen, he practiced piano and drums. At the latter age, he began to purchase records and produced music with programs. At sixteen, he started to produce in a studio with a colleague who would later be known as D.I.M. He taught Ridha engineering over the next five years. When he became 21 years of age, Ridha moved to Berlin.
Under the name Boys Noize, he has released records on French label Kitsuné Music, Tiga’s Turbo Records label, and on DJ Hell’s International DeeJay Gigolo Records. He has also remixed tracks for Tiga, Para One, Feist, Kreeps and Depeche Mode, as well as popular remixes of British indie anthems “Banquet” by Bloc Party and “Everyday I Love You Less and Less” by Kaiser Chiefs. After the internationally successful album release in september 2007, “oi oi oi remixed” features a fine selection of re-works of boys noizes banging debut album tracks – by his friends and himself.

Boys Noize is really nice, try listening to the original Album “Oi Oi Oi”, it’s better than the remixes which are already good.
Also there is a Bugged Out! CD mixed by him, It’s cool, lots of tracks by lots of different artists (known and less known)

HAHA! Finally, a good music RLS! This is some fantastic stuff, I saw him With Justice In Sheffield, he was amazing, I love this.
oh, and yeah, D.I.M is insane as well, Boys Noize used the sample from ‘Is You’ for a lot of his live stuff. And seconded on the ‘bugged out’ rls, that fantastic too.
I thought this was some generic rapper 17 year old, but references to Booka Shade and the fact that he’s on Kitsune are errmm…surprising.
How come i have this remixes already more then a month ?
