Hey Joe,
It was 52 + 53 whose opinions were berated first. Regardless, I’m sure the murderers knew what they were doing was wrong at the time. If not, perhaps an indefinite stay at an asylum could re-tune their brainwaves to the general concept of ‘normal’ and ‘civil’ behavior. Perhaps a lobotomy would permit an early release for good behavior.

Am I the only one who remembers this wise old saying?

The movie looks like it will be an interesting one. I’m definitely in for a d/l. Thanks again to Pulse for the linkies. Holdin it down for the homies that can’t… cause our internet sucks.

And as for the death penalty, I personally do not think we should have it. In my opinion, it would be much worse to rot in prison for the rest of my life than to be lethally injected. The only thing is that our prisons are too nice. People in prison have it better, in a lot of instances, than the homeless who have not committed any crimes: three meals a day, a roof over their heads, free (paid for by law-abiding tax paying citizens) cable TV, air conditioning in certain facilities, workout facilities… Damn, that’s better than a lot of the poor who actually do have houses and jobs on the outside. ::sigh:: The world we live in.
