Yay, its Bear Grylls with Born Survivor/Man vs Wild 
This was released a few hours ago by WATERS, I havent had a chance to grab this yet so im not too sure if its a new episode or a repeat because he has already done a episode in South Dakota in Season 3 (According to TVrage this aired today, but i think it could just be that its only aired in the UK today and in the US a while ago, so could be a repeat).

This is true..over here it is called 'Born Survivor' and this is the 'Man Vs Wild' that we had on here before!
It's usually called Born Survivor in the UK and is shown on Discovery then repeated a while later on CH4 (one of our big channels).
Somebody has probably done a rip of his because it was shown on CH4 HD as well.
