Blonde Ambition by VoMiT. This must be their best release so far! I can’t imagine any other movie with actors like Jessica Simpson and Luke Wilson in VoMiT’s history, although the movie sucks big time and earned a whopping $1771 on the premiere weekend. Anyway, if we do not consider movie’s “qualities”, it’s a nice 1 CD release with English/French/Spanish subitles and standard image quality.
Jessica Simpson (EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH) stars alongside Luke Wilson and Rachel Leigh Cook in this romantic comedy about a young woman who faces constant humiliation upon moving to bustling New York City from her native small town. Like a slapstick twist on the classic WORKING GIRL, the film follows Katie (Simpson), a clumsy girl who moves up the corporate ladder almost by accident. Once on the top, she meets an array of interesting characters, including ones played by heartthrob Wilson and comedian Andy Dick. Legendary musician Willie Nelson, Simpson’s costar from THE DUKES OF HAZZARD, makes a cameo appearance.

yeah i saw it too when they released it the first time on here and yes it was not fun to watch. Bad acting, bad writing and worst of all i kept thinking of that pink Dallas Cowboy Jersey she wore which was horrid

This is quite possibly the biggest bomb of the year!
Jessica Simpson’s new film, Blonde Ambition, should have gone direct to DVD. Instead, the stinker got a “vanity run” in 8 theaters in Texas.
Well, as we all know, the people in Texas hate Jessica Simpson these days, and not even fellow Texan Luke Wilson could draw people to the theaters!
Blonde Ambition averaged an embarrassing $48 per screen on Friday for a total box office of $384. Based on an $8 ticket price, that means that 6 people paid to see the movie at each of those theatres, and only 48 people went to see the movie!
That’s amazing!
Has any other movie ever performed worse than that??????
Jessica’s “star vehicle” will gross just $1,190 this weekend or $149 per location.
Blonde Ambition will be released on DVD in January.
Simpson’s next movie, Major Movie Star, is expected to go straight to DVD too.
DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS. It’s HORRIBLE. SO SO bad. Not funny. Not cute. Worse than a LIFETIME tv movie. The 3.3. IMDB rating doesn’t lie.

I’m surprised this movie rated as high as 3.3 on IMDB. This is the worst movie I think I’ve ever seen with Hollywood actors. (Luke Wilson) I won’t download another movie with Jessica Simpson in it unless it’s pr0n… Just because she sucks.

Vomit just recently released He Was a Quiet Man, with some very famous people, and it was an incredible film. That was a way bigger release for Vomit, probably their biggest so far.

Who wrote this? Some guy named John Cohen. I guess this was the first screenplay he’s ever worked on. Someone should’ve told him you’re supposed to write dialog that sounds like something someone actually might say.
And who directed this? Scott Marshal? Son of Gerry Marshall. My the nut has fallen far from the tree. Someone might have wanted to let him know that you can, in fact, shoot a scene in a cab in New York, and it will look real, and you won’t have to fake it with a blue screen for no reason. Might have also wanted to let him know he should stay away from Jessica Simpson, but hopefully he’s learned that lesson now.
And Jessica Simpson… naturally she can’t act. Hell, she makes Jessica Alba look like Audry Hepburn, and yet she’s starring in this movie. OH wait, it was produced by her father. Okay, that’s why she got the part. That’s really the only reason I can think of.
So should I be surprised it’s bad? No. Should I be amazed at how bad it is? I think a lot of people would if they saw as much of it as I did. I mean you expect a movie starring Jessica Simpson to be bad, but this… it’s not just bad, it’s the complete opposite of a classic film. Think of a great Woody Allen movie, this film is as bad as that film is good. It’s the Anti-Annie Hall.
I am so glad I didn’t pay to see it, I stopped watching ten minutes in cus I couldn’t go on. No doubt I would’ve walked out of the theater sooner. In fact I wonder how many of the 6 people who saw it per theater actually stayed and watched the whole thing. The film starts out laughably bad, and then goes to the point of being so bad it becomes a kind of Chinese water torture. And then, around when the first act is ending, you realize it’ll only get worse, and that’s when you either need to leave, or kill yourself.
In conclusion, this film goes under the category of being so bad it should be used in place of water boarding at Guantanamo Bay. Although some prefer the water boarding.

where does that info about it making $1771 on it’s first weekend come from? the movie was never released in theatres at all, it went straight to DVD, so in reality it made $0.00 as there was no theatre screenings. Unless the $1771 is how many DVD sales it made?
Surprised not to see a mention of Vomit’s release of Persepolis on rlslog, I think the torrent had english subs missing which were easy to find, but that is probably the best film Vomit have released
