Yeah, English subtitles are there so all is fine. They just only show in VLC (not in MPC) as mentioned by eddie.

The file is a direct rip from a BluRay source and has the extension .mkv (Matroska). I’m afraid you will not be able to play it on a regular DVD-player.

What I suggest is you either connect your PC to your TV or you download another version of this film, like this one:

700 MB release are good enoigh for me, its bad enough games these days are 4-9 gigs already, there is no way im getting 4GB movies too. Have fun to whoever spends bandwidth on this..

Pls dont laugh if my questions sound dumb becasue I am a noob

I haven’t downloaded this yet since it’s a large file and want to know a few thins before I wasted some bandwidth.

Does the file end with .mp4 or .avi? Can I just burn it onto a blank DVD and play it on the Philips DVP-5960 player? or I can only watch it on puter using the KMPlayer as someone suggested above?

And BlueRay means it is a direct rip from BluRay DVD but not the actual BlueRay files right?

If you wanna play these files in WMP or media center, you need to install Haali Media Splitter and the latest FFDShow Tryouts. If your PC struggles, disable playback of x264 in ffdshow and install CoreAVC which is more efficient in playback and can use multiple cores (if you have em). You’ll need CoreAVC on most PCs if you want to playback 1080p x264 content!

better than soldaat van oranje,Paul Verhoeven showed that he did mature to deal
with still a delicate subject,things are not black and /or white,friends or foe are
not always the one to be expected..

this movie is not for everyone,to appreciate.it is not science fiction,similar situations
did happen in most occupied countries,,same in asia during ww2..

would suggest that your history background is better than the world according
to hollywood,otherwise,you will miss the big lines….

that would habe been a perfect movie for audrey hepburn,(without the naked scenes)
