Bioshock DVD9-ONEHiTWONDER

Finally after a 3 days of waiting a cracked version of highly anticipated X360 and PC game Bioshock is released by group ONEHitWONDER. I know many of you out there have been waiting for this game and got your first taste of it with the demo released a few days ago. This release is quite big coming in at 6GB and requiring 8GB of your HD for installation. System requirements are also quite high as you probably know by now. The NFO states that this ONEHiTWONDER’s first and only release hence the name “ONEHiTWONDER” so don’t expect any more from them. Download and enjoy this fine game :)

Edit:
Nukewar is finished… result: officially NUKED for bad.crack_no.compression. Lot of people complain about not working crack etc. Keep the image, and wait for a working crack!

BioShock is the “genetically enhanced” first person shooter that lets you do things never before possible in the genre: turn everything into a weapon, biologically mod your body with plasmids, hack devices and systems, upgrade your weapons and craft new ammo variants, and experiment with different battle techniques in an incredible and unique underwater city.

You are a cast-away in Rapture, an underwater Utopia torn apart by civil war. Caught between powerful forces, and hunted down by genetically modified “splicers” and deadly security systems, you have to come to grips with a deadly, mysterious world filled with powerful technology and fascinating characters. No encounter ever plays out the same, and no two gamers will play the game the same way.

BioShock is loaded with some of greatest, most modifiable weapons to ever blast their way into a shooter. But guns alone won’t be enough to defeat the devious AIs of Rapture. There are literally hundreds of other strategies players can use to take out his enemies. Here’s just a few things you can do a foe:

Features:

  • Catch his Grenades in Mid Air and Toss Them Back at Him
  • Freeze Him Solid and Shatter Him with Smack of your Wrench
  • Lead him and his comrades to water and Zap them all with 1000 Volts
  • Burn Him Up With Home-Made Molotov Cocktails
  • Booby Trap Healing Machines and Watch Them Blow up IN his Face
  • Brainwash Him to Become Your Personal BodyGuard
  • Invent your own Ammo Types to Prey on his Vulnerabilities
  • Turn his own Security System Against Him
  • Light Him on Fire and Launch Heat Seeking Missiles At him
  • Torment Him with Plagues of Insects
  • Take Research Photos of Him to Learn his Weaknesses
  • Send Him Flying into the Ceiling to Knock him Senseless

System Requirements:

  • Windows XP with Service Pack 2 or Windows Vista
  • Optical Drive: DVD-ROM
  • CPU Speed: Minimum-Pentium 4 2.5 GHz (single core) Reccommended-Intel Core 2 Duo Or AMD Athlon 64 X2
  • Disk Space: 8GB
  • Display:DirectX 9.0c compliant card with 128 MB RAM
(NVIDIA 6600/ATI X1300 or better, excluding ATI X1550), Must support Pixel Shader 3.0
  • Memory (RAM): 1GB-2GB

Smoothtony, who are you to say we must all have as little patience as you? I love your Halflife2 reference. Halflife 2, for me was a game worth purchasing, and I did. The cracked version would allow you single player only. Bioshock IS single player only. So we’re simply willing to wait longer than you to play this single player only game.

Regardless of how much we make, I’m not rich, I make about $70K/year. I still don’t believe 2K games earned my money on this one, again that’s me. And your opinion is yours. I think it’s fine that you purchased it, so why are you still in this thread? Why aren’t you busy playing Bioshock? Why are you trying to convince others that they should just buy this game, we all seem to believe differently than you. We didn’t say, Do not buy this game it’s awful and sucks blah blah. No, said we don’t want to pay for it. $50 is still quite a bit of money to drop on 8-15 hours of entertainment, that isn’t reusable.

If a game is worth playing to the end, and is something that has replay value, and is 20+ hours, yeah, I believe it’s worth paying $50 for. For me, I don’t believe Bioshock is that game. If a crack never comes for Bioshock, I’ll never play it. Maybe in a few years when you pick it up on the bargain shelf. But I don’t care that you say it’s a great game, I am not you.

“And to those angered by some of us saying just purchase it and be done with it; why does it make you angry? We are the same as you (pirates), the difference is we’ve simply given up on waiting for a crack or feel this game is worth 50.00 for 15 – 20 hours of entertainment.

-It makes us angry, because we have more patience than you, and don’t see why your opinion is being forced on us. You’re trolling. If you think it’s worth $50, great, buy it and play it, stop trolling here. Those that feel it’s worth $50, have paid $50. Those that don’t have patience to wait for a crack, have paid $50. Those still here, don’t believe in either of your thoughts, and are here waiting for a crack.

So essentially, it all comes down to you’re trolling. You’re in a place where you know exactly what people are looking for, and you’re telling them your thoughts, implying they should take it and do what you say.

So, Mr. Smug Jackass, Cram it, regardless if you’re trying or not, you are being all ‘holier than thou’. Leave.

Ok.. to the cretins whining about multiplayer.. what do you want?
100th take on deathmatch classic? Are you that fucking stupid you dont realize it is a waste of resources? All the recent games like fear/prey/etc have multiplayer, THEY HAVE NO PPL PLAYING IT. WHy? cause its the same shit as been done, so after an hour you go back to your classics youve been playing for years anyway.
DUmb fucks, try and keep up hmmk?

No it was Splinter Cell Chaos Theory and it took one year to crack it… it was starforce…

    To #505

That’s a load of crap. I don’t care who you claim is playing what. For multi-player I play many of them LAN, which is the majority of when I play a game in general. Every other weekend I have a LAN, we play random games, if Bioshock were good, and had multiplayer, I probably would have purchased it and we’d play that. It doesn’t, therefore my Money will go elsewhere to ones that do have multi-player. Paying $50+ for a game that I will play 2-3 times is not worth it to me.

Yes, people do go back to classics, I still play Q3, Q1, CS and some RTS games. I don’t give much of a hoot for single player unless they’re going to make it long, as I don’t play much during the week, and when I play on the weekend, I expect it to be with others. So yes, I would have preferred a 100th take on deathmatch classic. Playing a new game with a common style is still not all the same. The weapons, physics, surroundings controls, all of this changes the way it plays and feels.

Not to mention Co-op. This is a huge feature for me, having a good coop (Gears of War if it were longer, Rainbow 6) would make me buy this in a heart beat.

I am half looking forward to id’s new game, even though the graphis don’t stand out as much as new id games do, the reason? Coop. I will buy just about any coop game on the market for a system I own. There are so few, I don’t have to purchase many.

So Bioshock not having multiplayer, fuck it, that’s lazy.

  7. Smoothtony response on stupidtony
    August 30th, 2007 | 19:23

Bigtex this thread has become almost an exercise in stupidity. I’m being holier than thou for saying WE’RE all pirates?? For giving my opinion which differs from yours makes me a troll?

I simply stated what I believe to be a great game worthy of purchasing. What is wrong with that? Sorry you are so insecure in yourself that anyone’s opinion that differs from yours angers you or makes you feel inadequate.

You believe this game doesn’t warrant your purchase because it doesn’t have multiplayer then more power to you Bigtex. I’m happy for you. We all have our reasons for either pirating or not pirating certain games. Mine differs from yours Bigtex, that doesn’t make you stupid for not sharing my opinion. For me, if the game is worth finishing until the game ending then it is OBVIOUSLY worth spending money on. Also I don’t see why I should buy multiple copies of games if everyone in my home wants the game on their computer.

For the record to those that never took reading comprehension in elementary school. I to am waiting on a crack. My wife purchased it for me on a surprise whim but I need the crack for her computer, my son’s computer, and my laptop when I’m traveling. Although the game isn’t multiplayer it is one of the few single player games in my household that the whole family wants on their computers.

Now does that put me in the stupid club of all of us waiting for a crack? Does that now make me NOT a troll because I’m waiting on a crack as well but for different reasons?

Oh and for the record I don’t work for 2K Games, but I do work for the government.

    jk

    Enjoy your day

    August 30th, 2007 | 19:49

Well Smoothtony, I will retract what I said then. I still stand by the basics of what I said for purchasing the game, however I suppose you aren’t trolling, and after re-reading what you had typed, weren’t forcing what you were saying on people, just saying you thought it was worth it.

I’m sure all of us are on about 5 other sites reading some of the dribble put out, so it sets us off. thepiratebay.org/bioshock pages 40-7# anyone? Gets frustrating reading some of the crap out there. Hopefully a crack will come soon, or I’ll just lose interest in wanting to play anymore.

  10. Smoothtony to Bigtex
    August 30th, 2007 | 21:09

Bigtex I find your opinions intriguing. For awhile I felt exactly as you do about downloading. Unless it had multiplayer I wasn’t buying it. With a basic family LAN gaming set up in my home it’s HARD finding enough games with co-op play for my wife, son, and 3 daughters. Developers are getting a bit lazy not including co-op I believe. Games like this and S.T.A.L.K.E.R. are crying for co-op.

I’m hoping some enterprising individual designs a co-op mod for this. Someone correct me if I’m wrong but didn’t System Shock 2 ship with no multiplayer at all then someone designed a co-op mod for it?

Maybe DOPEMAN will release a no install version of Bioshock soon. We can only wait and see.

    Yours in the struggle…

  12. Bigtex
    August 30th, 2007 | 22:06

Would be hard to change the game into a coop play one.

I know Half-life 1 back in the day had a modded co-op added, but the whole multi-player core was already there and built, for death match.

I think the problem is, it takes more thought, and planning to add co-op. You have to figure out how monsters are going to be placed, how many, how strong. So re-positioning and adding more monsters for the entire game, which can be taxing. Making sure the players don’t get pushed too far into places, working out the map glitches that wouldn’t be apparent with just 1 player. All of that adds up to higher costs.

Which is why if someone makes a co-op game, I would probably buy it, shows they wanted to make something fun, not something just for money.

  15. Smoothtony (I WAS WRONG GUYS and GALS)
    August 31st, 2007 | 00:15

I retract my statement that this game is worth purchasing due to being worth $50.00 of entertainment!!!!

Not because the gameplay is bad, but because of the DRM that is installed with it without user consent!! I learned that even the demo I installed also contains the DRM.

    http://www.twitchguru.com/2007/08/27/bioshock_drm/index.html
    http://www.twitchguru.com/site/flash_videos/second_take_the_bioshock_drm_problem.html

The SecuROM installed allows only 2 installations of Bioshock in your lifetime without having to call to request another CD-Key. The compound the problem with SecuROM, after an uninstall it leaves the DRM stuff in your registry that is difficult to remove.

Damn I’m glad I haven’t installed the retail version my wife bought for me. Now I’m not just waiting on a crack to put it on her computer and my son’s, but also for myself to bypass their idiotic decision on this type of DRM.

Personally I didn’t know about the Bioshock activation fiasco until this afternoon.

I’m sure I’m not the only one either, several people in this thread gave up on waiting for a crack and decided to purchase it; or decided to download the rather length demo (which also installs DRM).

Regardless… thanks for the cookie Entrophy

Darkcoder, can you spell “reloc section” ? Paul.dll injected code will crash the dll in case it’s loaded to a different base.
The injected code should be either relocation-proof (ie. call $+5 trick) or the reloc section should be updated.

    :-) Its working !!!!

Remember people you do NOT need to mess about stopping the installation ect or renaming a diff directory. Just do the following.

    http://gamecopyworld.com/ and download a NODVD/FIXED IMAGE.
Mount the BIOSHOCK.MDS Mini-Image in DAEMON Tools v4.10. Once mounted run the set up from the downloaded game.

This will Install complete game with the autopatcher working and updateing without the need to stop it or rename directory ect.

    Once fully installed simply download
    http://rapidshare.com/files/52524052/BioshockCrack.rar
and copy exe + paul.dll over original files.
Now run the reg hack and ok it (no worries all good stuff)

    Now play the game !!!!
    Enjoy the game!!!!

    AND THANK “DARK CODER”

Eventualy good news huh. Well Im off to play some BIOSHOCK!

Wow i picked up the one from demonoid with like 16,000 leechers and 2,600 seeders and imediatly peerguardian picked up some stuff. I got about like 4 anti piracy organizations showing up. I immediately quit the torrent it was the most i have ever seen peerguardian pick up. Then i went to my private tracker. This is a high value torrent i suggest you go to your favorite private tracker for optimal safety.

Yep, it seems that Hurricane electric are most of the 2000+ seeders.

How are they allowed to actually seed a full product? Isn’t there something there about entrapment?

Yeah it was jazzed up alot.

Shame really, they need some originality.

Never played SS1 or 2 but i heard its basically the same game but with a new engine that runs worse.
